Yet, while remarriage following an unbiblical divorce is a sin, it is not a special category of sin that is beyond God's merciful grace.
Jesus on divorce and remarriage:
' But I say to you that whoever divorces his wife for any reason except sexual immorality causes her to commit adultery; and whoever marries a woman who is divorced commits adultery.”
Because it involves an adulterous heart, Jesus taught that remarriage after divorce is a form of adultery. Remarrying after the death of your spouse is not a sin. However, the sin of adultery violates a marriage vow to the person who remains alive.
Historically, Christian traditions haven't agreed on the answer to this question. Catholicism has taught that if a person's first marriage ended in divorce, God won't bless a second one. Many Protestant traditions hold that since there are biblically justifiable grounds for divorce, God can bless a second marriage.
Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven." I take solice in the fact that judgment does not come until the end of our days, and I have Jesus Christ as my advocate to ask for mercy from YHWH so I do believe divorce can be forgiven by God because the Holy Bible tells me so.
Exodus 21:10
10 If he marries another woman, he must not deprive the first one of her food, clothing and marital rights.
Although the Old Testament describes numerous examples of polygamy among devotees to God, most Christian groups have historically rejected the practice of polygamy and have upheld monogamy alone as normative.
Among the forbidden couples are parent-child, sister-brother, grandparent-grandchild, uncle-niece, aunt-nephew, and between half siblings and certain close in-laws. Jesus states, “Moses permitted divorce only as a concession to your hard hearts, but it was not what God had originally intended. … whoever divorces … and marries someone else commits adultery.” God's standard, as stated by Jesus, goes beyond the law and states that God's intent is for no one to divorce.

The Biblical Mennonite Alliance holds that divorced and remarried persons are living in adultery and are therefore in "an ongoing state of sin that can only be truly forgiven when divorced and remarried persons separate."

“And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery.”9 Here, the phrase “and marries another” raises the issue of remarriage. Jesus states that divorcing a mate on the grounds of immorality frees the offended mate to remarry without committing adultery.
The Church's teaching on cohabitation is not an “arbitrary” rule. Living together before marriage is a sin because it violates God's commandments and the law of the Church.
There are two clear biblical reasons where divorce is allowed. The first one being adultery/sexual immorality. The teachers of the Jewish law, who were the Scribes, Pharisees, and Sadducees, had applied Moses' teaching on divorce in extremely general terms and avoided understanding God's heart on the matter of divorce.
No law prohibits a US citizen from marrying multiple times as long as it is only one person at a time. There are no limitations for same-sex marriages either, as long as the established requirements are met for the marriage to be recognized as valid in the United States.
Jesus Christ was married to Mary Magdalene and had two children, a new book claims. But religious scholars say this interpretation of an ancient manuscript holds 'no credibility. '
Legal developments
A polygamous Hindu marriage is null and void. While the punishment specified in Sections 494 and 495 is applicable, it is rare if the first spouse does not have an objection.
Exodus 21:10 (RHE) And if he take another wife for him, he shall provide her a marriage, and raiment, neither shall he refuse the price of her chastity.
Being someone's second wife may force you to look at your relationship in a more mature and respectful way. It can make you learn to communicate about the present and the future – because more often than not, your partner isn't looking to make the same mistakes again.
In Mark 3:29 Jesus says that “whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; they are guilty of an eternal sin.” Matthew's account adds that even blasphemy against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but not blasphemy against the Holy Spirit (Matthew 12:31–32).
Will God forgive living together before marriage? God is a forgiving God, and he will forgive you if you're already living together before marriage and want to make things right. No sin is too big for God to redeem, and he promises to forgive our sins when we repent and confess our sins.
Adultery is considered a great sin (Genesis 20:9, Genesis 39:9). Maintaining a primary bond with one's spouse is essential. Failing to hold one's spouse as the most important human relationship is the beginning of problems.
