Jack Kline II is the Nephilim son of Kelly Kline and Lucifer. Named after Kelly's father, Jack was conceived when Lucifer inhabited the body of President Jefferson Rooney, with whom Kelly was having a relationship.
As a Nephilim son of the second archangel, Jack is an immensely powerful being. At full strength, he is stronger than any Angel of Creation.
In Byzantium, Sam and Dean outright call Jack their son and God compares Dean killing Jack to a father killing his son in Moriah. Ironically, the Winchesters had started out trying to stop Jack from coming into existence and Dean was the most against and threatening towards him but became the closest to Jack.
However, even the show's biggest fans don't know everything about his powers and anatomy. In season 12 of Supernatural, a brand-new character was introduced who became one of the most powerful beings in existence. This was Jack, a Nephilim -- a baby born from the union of a human and an angel.
Jack Kline (b. May 18, 2017) is the son of Lucifer and Kelly Kline. He is the first and only known Nephilim to be sired by an Archangel. Jack was taken in by Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester who would teach him how to master his powers.
Of course, fans know that Jack is the biological son of Lucifer; The devil possessed the body of the U.S. president and conceived the boy with Kelly, the politician's aide. However, when it comes to choosing his own family, Jack said he wants Castiel to be his father.
Jack returned to his mother's cabin and witnessed a hunter's funeral being performed on his mother and "father". Jack soon learned that Castiel was not his father but his uncle and that Dean's dislike in him comes mostly from the fact that Jack indirectly caused Castiel's death.
Jack's descent into evil arguably began as soon as his power was restored, as, immediately after Michael's defeat, Sam, Dean, and Castiel looked noticeably frightened at the youngster's ominous power.
Jack says he snapped and it was over quickly. He wishes it didn't happen. Dean is barely holding it together. He doesn't like that Jack is calling Mary's death, “the accident.” But he plays along and says they understand and they forgive Jack.
He is the first and only known Nephilim to be sired by an Archangel. Jack was taken in by Sam and Dean Winchester who would teach him how to master his powers. During this time, Jack played a role in the resurrection of Castiel who he had chosen as his father.
Archangels are shown to be considerably more powerful than the Princes of Hell. While at full power, Lucifer was greatly feared by Asmodeus and Dagon and the weakest archangel, Gabriel, was more than a match for Asmodeus in combat and easily killed him.
Anna is so far the only angel that Dean has had sex with. Anna is one of only five angels ever banished by Sam with the angel banishing sigil. The second was Lucifer in season 11 with the third and fourth being Lily and Conrad at the same time in Season 13, and the alternate timeline Castiel in season 14.
At the end, Jack coughs up blood in front of Dean before suddenly collapsing, bleeding from his nose and mouth. Rowena determines that Jack's condition is a result of his human and angel sides attacking each other without his grace maintaining a balance.
In The End, Jack Became A “Hands-Off” Deity
Jack sucked up all their power and he was the one to kill Chuck, and take all his power too. He was more powerful than God and Amara together. He put the whole world to rights but didn't bring back all the people that had died because of his plan.
Castiel is a young Seraphim, former leader of his garrison, and youngest angel in all of Heaven. He is the husband of the demoness, Meg Master and widowed father of his daughter, Cassandra Masters.
In a last ditch maneuver, the Winchesters try and lock Jack away, causing him to go into overload, spurring God himself to show up and kill Jack once and for all.
And it left Jack as the new God, in harmony with the Darkness and present in every person and thing on earth. Jack's final speech to the boys was really beautiful, and I love the idea of him as a new God.
In Inherit the Earth, Jack absorbs all the power of God and The Darkness, who was merged with God and becomes the new God. Thus, Jack now has his and every power that God and Amara once possessed.
Cassandra Masters is the daughter of Castiel and Meg Masters and the only known Nephalem to exist, which is a hybrid between a union of an angel and demon, even being part human due of Castiel and Meg's human vessels. Cassandra acts as one of the leading main characters with Sam and Dean.
However, his affection for Castiel ultimately won, with Dean shown in tears in Purgatory when he thought he'd lost Castiel. Their reunion was their most intimate yet, as the two didn't hold back on letting the other know that they were truly sorry and didn't want to fight anymore.
Out of Castiel's three lovers, Meg and April, Daphne is the only one with whom Castiel had a successful relationship, as Meg was killed approximately a year later and April was a reaper tasked with killing him. It is unclear if Castiel remembers Daphne, or whether he cares about her at all.
Preseries. Dean Winchester was born on January 24, 1979 to John and Mary Winchester in Lawrence, Kansas. He is the couple's first child, four years older than his younger brother, Sam. He is named after his maternal grandmother, Deanna Campbell.
Season 15. After escaping from Hell, Belphegor possesses Jack Kline's corpse. At first, the Winchesters think that Jack has come back to life, but Castiel is able to tell that it's actually a demon using Jack as a vessel.
Adam Millagan is a supporting character in Supernatural. He is the younger half-brother of Sam and Dean Winchester and the son of John Winchester. He appears as a minor character in season 4 and a supporting character in seasons 5 and 15. He also serves as the primary vessel for the Archangel Michael.
