They both use muscular power ( in Luffy's case even bone power) to punch and kick with devastating strength. Even their agility is due to their physical powers. It is undeniable that Luffy's punches pack more strength than Deku's, and his skills are also at a greater level.
Deku is a very strong fighter but putting him up against Luffy is like putting a toddler against a WWE pro wrestler. HOWEVER, when deku unlocks all his Quirks and masters them, he could stand a chance against Luffy, but it would NOT be a fair fight, what so ever.
Luffy wins this easily, and I shouldn't even have to explain why. Mha is a strong verse in its own right, but it's nowhere near one piece in terms of hax, physical stats, ap, and possibly even DC. Gojo vs Gear 5 Luffy who wins?
During his time as the Number One Hero, All Might fought All For One twice and managed to defeat him during both encounters. Without a doubt, he's far stronger than Izuku Midoriya.
It depends on how quick the fight will last. Luffy's Gears are costly and can't be maintained for long stretches of time and neither can Baryon Mode for Naruto. Due to the number of drawbacks the Baryon Mode brings, Luffy will probably clinch victory in Naruto vs. Luffy if they break those modes out.
Tanjiro learned several techniques from his teacher and that allowed him to beat very strong enemies. But, Luffy is just a cut above anything Tanjiro has faced and it will be a one-sided match.
Boruto can use Shadow Clone Jutsu and Rasengan, powers his father worked very hard to learn. He can also summon the giant snake, Garaga, with his Summoning Jutsu. But it is very unlikely for Boruto to win against Deku. Deku can easily evade his Rasengan and even a single punch will be enough to knock him down.
Goku's power level at the first rank of Super Saiyan blows Deku's cowling away already granting Goku about 5o times his base power and with no real risk to Goku's body.
Conis and the rest of Skypiea witnessed Luffy completely destabilize Enel's attack. She then witnessed Luffy finally defeat Enel by punching the god straight into the golden bell.
Luffy is the only one with empirical evidence that he has defeated the sky god himself. During the Skypeia Arc, the Straw Hats travel to the Sky Islands and discover a vast country that was ruled by a malevolent god who's ruled through fear and enslaved many of his citizens.
In his base form, Naruto is immensely strong. However, when he combines his Six Paths Sage Mode and his Kurama Mode, he is stronger than anything Luffy will ever face. Even if Luffy were to get 10 more Gears, he still wouldn't be strong enough to stand up to Naruto in this mode.
Luffy set out on the journey to becoming the Pirate King over two years ago and has, since then, become an incredible pirate. With the power of the Gomu Gomu no Mi, combined with his keen mind when it comes to combat, Luffy is nigh unstoppable in combat.
Deku is nowhere near being able to destroy planets with ease, deku could punch goku at 100% 5000 million times a second and it wouldn't even scratch him while goku could punch mydoriya 1 time and he along with the MHA planet would be destroyed this is and overkill in every possible aspect….
As one of the Four Emperors, and at the young age of 19, Luffy is one of the four most powerful pirates in the world. He captains the Straw Hat Pirates, holding the greatest authority over a mighty and diverse crew consisting of several infamous members, many of whom are extremely powerful in their own right.
Izuku Midoriya's strongest Quirk is, without a doubt, the One For All. This Quirk first belonged to All For One's brother, Yoichi. After him, there have been eight more users of these powers. All Might, the eighth user of One For All, passed it down to Izuku Midoriya, making him the 9th and the final user.
1 BEAT: Joker
That being said, while the Joker can often cause issues with his whacky capers, he wouldn't last long in a straight-up fistfight against Deku.
Deku is clearly above the rest of the heroes right now
Transmission. During the final war, Shigaraki was able to defeat multiple Pro Heroes without even using his Quirks. Over at the U.A. battlefield, he took on the likes of Mirko, Best Jeanist, Edgeshot, Bakugo, and the Big Three.
The battle between Sasuke and Deku would be quite an easy one; by the end of the series, Sasuke becomes even more powerful than the God-like Madara Uchiha. Sasuke will outmatch Deku in terms of agility, and, when it comes to raw strength, Deku will get demolished.
8) Sakura Haruno
As such, it would seem on paper that she's a great match for One Piece's Luffy. However, physical blows without Haki don't work on him due to his rubber body, and the only slashing-style ninjutsu Sakura is shown to know is a scalpel-like blade.
Goku is already a master of many abilities and operates at a much higher level than Luffy at his most powerful. While Luffy's Gear Fifth abilities are indeed impressive, they are not equal to Son Goku's mastery.
Could Luffy beat Goku in Gear Five? No, he can't. The power scaling in both verses is vastly different: one verse has gone from building to moon to planetary to solar system to low multiversal.
