Xenophilius Lovegood b. Malfoy is the disowned older brother of Lord Lucius Malfoy. When he was young, he fell in love with and married Pandora Lovegood, who was a blood traitor. As such, his father disowned him and cast him out of the family.
She's seen as a bit absent-minded, is easily distracted, and is extremely eccentric in both her disposition and general outward appearance. But that's what makes her a perfect Ravenclaw. She loves learning, but unlike many of her housemates (or Hermione, for that matter), she can never know enough.
She is perceptive
Ravenclaws are perceptive, and Luna noticed all kinds of things others didn't during her time at Hogwarts. There was that time she explained Ron in one sentence: 'He says very funny things sometimes, doesn't he?
' Neville comes from a long-line of pure-blood wizards, although we don't know as much about the individuals as we do with some other wizarding families. What we do know is that both of Neville's parents were pure-blood, as was his gran, Augusta.
In addition, Lucius Malfoy and Arthur Weasley have a well-established feud despite being second cousins once removed by marriage.

Hufflepuffs often get stereotyped as not having a lot of 'strong' traits but in this regard, they are actually the strongest of all the Hogwarts houses.
