Tory by far has the hardest life out of any other character in the show. She uses those hardships as the fire to fuel her fighting. Tory starts off by only knowing kickboxing, and then after joining Cobra Kai, becomes one of the best students.
Even as skilled as he is, Robby also has trouble against opponents who are equal to him in skill. In season four, he and Hawk were equal throughout their match. However, Hawk proved to be the better fighter and was able to counterattack Robby's high-risk moves.
He started training later than Hawk and Miguel. The episode after he began training, he uses it to fight two grown men and does great before losing. He beat multiple Cobras at the mall and was able to use an advanced technique with Sam.
Who is stronger than Miguel in Cobra Kai? They're interchangeable, but Robby remains the only person to hold his own against Miguel in a one-on-one fight, so this gives him the edge in proven combat prowess.

Based on what happened, there's a good chance that Robby was the better fighter in Cobra Kai season 4. Unlike Robby Miguel simply wasn't motivated, which caused him to underperform in several of his fights.
Eli "Hawk" Moskowitz
His tumultuous arc throughout the series took him from hero to villain and back, as he wrestled with his own self-loathing. Despite losing his dojo, life is good for Hawk these days.
Plus Miguel technically won the courtyard fight with Robby, just as he beat Keene at the All Valley. (Robby has failed twice in the tournament finals.) Diaz is debatably the better fighter, but it's hard to argue that Miguel is a better person than Robby.
After Hawk attacked and vandalized Miyagi-Do and took Mr. Miyagi's medal of honor, Miguel fought Hawk to recover it so he could give it back to the dojo. After defeating Hawk, Miguel took the medal and went to the LaRusso residence to give it back, only to be greeted by Robby.
Hawk can compete with Miguel, Robby, and even beat them in a fight, but can't land a strike on Sam, and lost to Demetri in the school fight.
John Kreese is arguably the most intelligent character of the series and, unfortunately, he uses all of his knowledge and abilities to carry out his villainous plans. He is a master manipulator and knows how to interact with everyone just right so he can get his way.
He has won all three of their fights in the series and has proven to be the more skilled martial artist. While Robbie has put up a good fight each time, Miguel has been able to come out on top. Until Robbie can beat Miguel in a future fight, Miguel Diaz is the better fighter in the Cobra Kai series.

As every Karate Kid fan knows, Daniel beat Johnny to become the All-Valley Champion. And, like Lawrence, LaRusso also became a two-time All-Valley Karate Champion when he successfully defended the title in The Karate Kid Part III. In terms of their fighting styles and disciplines, Daniel and Johnny are polar opposites.
In their season 5 fight Miguels first kick to Robbys face was the final wake-up call. After Robby saw his nosebleed, he became serious. and then 10 seconds after that, Miguels kick to Robbys leg made him scared and he lost his focus again. And in the end miguel had the advantage over Robby because of the balcony pole.
Yes, Robby is not a fan of Miguel, and there are a lot of complicated feelings between Robby and Sam, and especially with Johnny (and Johnny could have let Robby known sooner that he's not coming because of Miguel's surgery), but come on.
Kyler Park is a major recurring character in Cobra Kai. He is a rich high school student who bullies students of a lower status than himself. His bullying of Miguel Diaz prompts Miguel to take karate.
