I've noticed several people asking this question online. The answer is: NO.
No, McGonagall is not Filch's mom. There is no evidence to prove this and it is canon that McGonagall does not have any children of her own. There is no aspect which even remotely suggests that Filch could be her child.
Though they had no children of their own, Minerva's nieces and nephews (children of her brothers Malcolm and Robert) were frequent visitors to their home.
Argus Is Not Related To McGonagall (But The Movies Confused People) A common theory since the Harry Potter movies is that Filch was Professor Minerva McGonagall's son. The idea here is that it would explain how he got the job at Hogwarts, to begin with, since he was a Squib with no magical ability.
As Dolores Umbridge was a sadist who enjoyed torturing students, Filch could relate to this. Also, as Umbridge granted Filch permission to torture misbehaving students, whereas Dumbledore would never even think of such things, he had loyalty to her. He is the only person who liked her at the school.
He never really broke any of the rules either since the current headmaster allowed him to do a bit more in the way of punishments. He wouldn't punish him because Filch has never deviated from his character. Filch is a squib who can't use magic, so he has always hated students who could.
Decades of being around wizard students who reminded him of his inability to produce magic made Filch a bitter man who enjoyed punishing students, almost as revenge for his shortcomings. Dumbledore hired Filch as the Hogwarts caretaker, back in 1968.
Norris is a maledictus and is Filch's wife.
He never attended Hogwarts as a student, he's a Squib meaning he cannot perform magic. So he was never Sorted.
Argus Filch is a Squib, a child of wizard parents who has the inability to use magic. Harry discovers this in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets when he spies Filch's "Kwikspell" letter, although he does not understand what that means until Filch says in front of him and Ron, "He knows I'm...
Harry watched Hagrid getting redder and redder in the face as he called for more wine, finally kissing Professor McGonagall on the cheek, who, to Harry's amazement, giggled and blushed, her top hat lop-sided.
Later in the year, McGonagall duelled with Death Eater Alecto Carrow during the Battle in the Astronomy Tower and later learned of Snape's murder of Dumbledore. McGonagall was initially appointed as Headmistress, but was demoted after Voldemort took control of the school and placed Snape as Headmaster.
Professor McGonagall is a Death Eater
According to the theory, McGonagall's seeming disregard for Harry Potter's safety, her talent for transfiguration, and and her stoic nature all point to the fact that she was a Death Eater.

Dolores Umbridge doesn't know that Argus Filch is a Squib. When Fred and George Weasley unleash their final prank on the school, Umbridge tells Filch not to use the Stunning spell because the objects only duplicate upon impact.
She Taught Lily and James
Through the various online forums that speak to the history of Harry Potter characters, it has been said that Lily Evans and James Potter had been amongst Professor McGonagall 's favorite students. McGonagall started teaching at Hogwarts supposedly around 1956.
Mrs. Norris seems exceptionally smart for a cat, to the point that we might think her a cat / Kneazle cross like Crookshanks, an Animagus, or Filch's familiar, it those existed in this world. However, the author has stated that she is just a highly unpleasant cat.

Harry describes Umbridge to Sirius Black, saying that she's vile enough to be a Death Eater, despite not being one. Umbridge is also depicted to be a prejudiced person, despising half-breeds and Muggle-born witches and wizards to the point of firing Hagrid due to his half-giant birth status.

Rowling said she obtained the name Mrs. Norris from a character in Jane Austen's Mansfield Park, who is similarly odious and is hanging around in the background a lot.
The most obvious thing that points to Mrs. Norris being a Maledictus is her relationship with Hogwarts staff member and caretaker Argus Filch. The two are introduced together in both the Harry Potter movies and books. The pair take a divide and conquer method when it comes to tracking down any rule-breaking students.
Figg is a Squib and a member of the Order of the Phoenix. Apparently, she was stationed to live near Harry in order to keep an eye on him and the Dursleys.
But Ariana is not a Squib. The narrative treats her as a Squib in order to allow Harry to draw the uneasy parallel of wondering whether Ariana was treated in a way reverse to his treatment by the Dursleys — shut away because of her lack of magic, while he was shut away because he had it.
Sorted into Gryffindor house, Remus Lupin was swiftly befriended by two cheerful, confident and rebellious boys, James Potter and Sirius Black. They were attracted by Remus's quiet sense of humour and a kindness that they valued, even if they did not always possess it themselves.
