Muzan is very cunning and intelligent. He is perceptive enough to be able to seamlessly blend into human society and he even started a family. He can hide his evil side and put on a friendly facade if necessary. He is manipulative and can quickly get people on his side for him to use them.
Muzan is another Pure Evil villain from Toshihiko Seki along with Lord Embryo.
At the very least, Muzan acted warm and caring to his found family, and the wife was clearly fond of her demon "husband." Even if Muzan views humans as cattle, a small part of him might have made an exception for this woman and child, viewing them as precious novelties and not just another meal.
Tsukito, Yorogi, Kuraku, and Isatsu all agree that they are loyal to Muzan.
He cannot even begin to comprehend how they fight with no regards to their own lives. Muzan is someone who lives in constant fear of his own mortality. Despite being the most powerful being on earth, he's always afraid, he's always hiding himself, and he's always alone. He's a coward ultimately.

1 Muzan Regretted Killing His Doctor
He shows his most human side to fans, wherein he admits to regretting murdering his doctor. He comments that had he been patient, the doctor would have cured him, and he would never have turned into a demon.
Trivia. Anne was originally planned to be Muzan`s older sister, who died by the hand of a Demon Slayer but that idea was scrapped, as the author knew practically nothing about Muzan`s early life. Instead, Anne became his wife, by which he had two children.

For those who have watched only the first season of the anime, they will be surprised to know that Muzan turns into a woman in the second season. He keeps transforming in order to hide his true identity, and he's even known to change into an 11-year-old child to hide from Demon slayers.

Muzan is shown to have a positive master-servant relationship with Daki, as the young Demoness seemingly worships and admires the Demon Progenitor immensely, fervently hanging on each and every one one of his words and doing her absolute best to accomplish the tasks he gives her.
Does Muzan have a favorite demon? Despite the fact that Muzan. is always shown to have disdain for his creations, Muzan does in fact have a favorite. On that list is Naki, made due to a convenient blood demon.
Over his long lifetime, Muzan had a number of families. This includes the one he was born into before becoming a demon. Additionally, he took 5 wives, making each one's life miserable.
During his final struggle, and as a way to slow down the effects of the sunlight, Muzan adopts an enlarged demonic infant form, approximately as tall as a 3 story building when standing up. In this form he has very pronounced blood vessels across his body, small claws in his hands and fanged teeth in his mouth.
He was plagued by health issues even in his mother's womb, and was stillborn as a result, but Muzan fought for life and began crying for the first time as his family was about to cremate his body.
Both Obanai and Mitsuri give their all in this battle with their Flower Breathing and Serpent Breathing techniques to heavily contribute in killing the evil existence that was Muzan.
