Omega is Boba Fett's Twin sister, a direct clone of Jango Fett. Her only mutation, as per the other members of The Bad Batch, is that she was born female. Today I'm opening up on my thoughts and theories about Omega's interesting backstory and her lineage as a Fett.
Omega is Boba Fett's sister
Turns out Omega is “is the sole living source of Fett's raw material.” Tech says the only other person who is like this is Boba Fett, who apparently had the code name “Alpha” when he was cloned on Kamino.
Star Wars: The Bad Batch writer Jennifer Corbett confirms that Season 2 is holding off on any encounters between clone siblings Omega and Boba Fett. Clone Force 99 member Omega won't meet her "brother" just yet when Star Wars: The Bad Batch returns.
Created in the private laboratory of Kaminoan scientist Nala Se on the extragalactic planet Kamino in the star system of the same name, Omega was an unmodified clone with enhancements created from the genetic template of the Mandalorian bounty hunter Jango Fett.
In 2021, The Bad Batch introduced Star Wars fans to Omega, an altered clone with more brothers than she can count. She may be the first female clone we've seen on-screen, but it turns out she may not have been the first.
She looks similar to the actress who portrayed Rey's mom in Rise of Skywalker. And although Omega is an unmodified female clone of Jango Fett, Omega would probably be old enough by the time Rey is born. And since Omega is kind, compassionate, and loyal, it sounds like she would grow up to give birth to Rey.
Per the Wiki, Boba and Omega are not the same age. Where did you get the idea that they were the same age? Boba's in his late teens to early twenties and Omega is still very much a child at the time. Also remember that lore wise Boba Fett is about 41 during the non-flashback scenes, but Temuera Morrison is 61.
The Bad Batch creators, however, took a page from Yoda's book in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back and basically said, “There is another.” Tech revealed Omega is a “pure genetic replication” of Jango. That essentially makes her Jango's daughter and Boba's sister.
Why is Omega different from the rest of the clones? “Because she's more valuable than we realized,” Tech said. According to his further analysis of Omega's genetic profile, Tech found “she has pure, first-generation DNA.”
There's a lot of Michelle Ang in Omega, the newest member of Clone Force 99, on Star Wars: The Bad Batch. The actor was invited to use her native New Zealand accent, an homage to fellow Kiwi Temuera Morrison who originated the role of Jango Fett and the clone soldiers in the prequel films.
Even though Omega's a clone born on Kamino like the rest of the clone army, it's explained that she's the result of a genetic mutation even more extreme than the ones displayed by the members of the Bad Batch. For one thing, she's a girl while the rest of the clones are all male.
After Jango's death in the First Battle of Geonosis, Boba took the ship. Slave I was stolen in 22 BBY by Gjon on Bogg 2, but Boba and a thief named Aia took it back. When the boy was captured by Aurra Sing, Dooku gave her the ship as a payment, but Boba eventually recovered it.
Ailyn Vel was a near-Human bounty hunter, the daughter of Boba Fett and Sintas Vel and the granddaughter of Jango Fett. When Ailyn was just a baby, her father, Boba, was forced to leave her and her mother.
Omega Symbol Meaning In Physics
It is named after the German physicist Georg Ohm. The reverse of this is the use of the term MHO (OHM spelled backwards) to indicate electric conductance. It is symbolized by the upside-down Omega symbol ℧.
Like Boba Fett, Omega does not appear to age at an accelerated rate as other Kamino-born clones do. So even though Hunter and the rest of her brothers are technically older because they age faster, at the time of The Bad Batch, she has been alive longer in standard years.
Jango Fett was a renowned Mandalorian bounty hunter, assassin, mercenary, and the father of Boba Fett, a genetic clone of his, whom he raised as a son. A Human from Concord Dawn, Fett was adopted by Mandalorian warriors following the murder of his parents and the disappearance of his older sister Arla in 58 BBY.
Omega is female and referred to as “she” constantly throughout the episode. This means she's likely not a Palpatine clone. That said, more female protagonists in Star Wars are always welcome – especially in The Bad Batch, a show named for an all-male clone squadron.
As explained in The Bad Batch season 1, episode 9, “Bounty Lost,” Omega is the last of two pure genetic replicas of the Mandalorian bounty hunter Jango Fett.
A trans female clone trooper nicknamed "Sister" was created on the planet Kamino as a clone of the human male bounty hunter Jango Fett. She served in the Grand Army of the Republic by the start of the Clone Wars—a galaxy-wide conflict between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
On Dec. 27, 2002, Brigitte Boisselier held a press conference in Florida, announcing the birth of the first human clone, called Eve.
By calling her “sir” the clones are letting Ahsoka know that they accept her being in command, and respect her word as a leader. Even though her first command is a failure, the clones still respect the experience she gains, as they see the pain it causes her to lose the lives of their fellow clones.
The Empire removed Crosshair's chip in ep 3.
An unaltered genetic clone of his father, bounty hunter Jango Fett, Boba learned combat and martial skills from a young age. Over the course of his career, which included contracts for the Empire and the criminal underworld, he became a legend.
Boba Fett was a human male crime lord and former bounty hunter whose career spanned decades, from the fall of the Galactic Republic to the end of the rule of the Galactic Empire. Originally code-named Alpha, he was an unaltered clone of the famed Mandalorian bounty hunter Jango Fett who raised the boy as his son.
In addition to the mercenary's financial compensation, Fett requested the creation of an unaltered clone of himself. The result was Boba Fett, a clone whom Jango regarded as a son. The Kaminoan government's scientists modified Jango Fett's genotype for the purpose of producing loyal clones at an accelerated rate.
