Raven is one of the five main heroes and the tritagonist of the Teen Titans franchise. She is a human-demon hybrid, originating from the parallel dimension of Azarath, and is one of five founding members of the Teen Titans.
She herself isn't evil but she is part demon, so she is evil because demons are evil. Raven is basically a good person with evil powers and sometimes evil urges.

Deathstroke. Of all the enemies the Teen Titans have faced, their most insidious super-villain is Deathstroke.
Some time into their friendship Raven unknowingly used her powers to make Robin fall in love with her, and she thought she loved him romantically as well, but Starfire helped Raven see that they do both love each other, just not as lovers.
Trigon. The personification of evil, Trigon was a demon lord who destroyed his homeworld.
Even though Raven has become very powerful in all four occasions, only when she faced Trigon her powers turned bright white, unlike the other times when they were standard black and white. She has only become White Raven 4 times, 3 on Earth and once inside her mind.
She is part of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs as the next Evil Queen, and she is a student at Ever After High. In the destiny conflict, she is on Rebel side. In fact, she technically is the founder of the Rebel movement, because it was her rejection of her destiny that inspired others.
