Tanjiro did his time as a demon, but now he's back to normal—well, almost normal. He's still got Muzan living inside of him, so he'll struggle with “inner demons” quite literally from now on.
As a demon, Tanjiro appeared to be mindless, like most initially are following their transformation. He acted like a feral beast, attacking anyone in sight without any hesitation.
He is a Kanoe-ranked Demon Slayer and a member of the Demon Slayer Corps. He became a Demon Slayer in order to find a way to turn Nezuko back into a human, and hunt down the demon who is responsible for the murder of his family and his sister's transformation into one.
In Demon Slayer Chapter 201, Tanjiro and Muzan enter into an epic final battle that leaves both of them on the brink of death. Before dying, Muzan turns Tanjiro into a demon. Tanjiro quickly becomes the Demon Slayer Corps' most brutal enemy, even if he was their friend and ally in life.
Tanjiro Kamado, is the very recognizable main protagonist of the Demon Slayer series and is also known to be one of the most powerful demon slayers of the series, slashing down any demon that gets in his way.
In the Demon Slayer Corps, the Hashira is a group of the strongest and most reputable swordsmen who have defeated members of the Twelve Kizuki. Yet, for some reason, Tanjiro Kamado, the series' protagonist, never becomes a Hashira.
Fortunately, Tanjiro is reverted to human form by Tamayo, who uses her humanizing drug on Tanjiro. Although, turning back into a human wasn't easy for him, as Muzan, who resides inside Tanjiro, uses all his might to convince the young boy to remain a demon.
During Tanjiro and the rest of the Hashiras' showdown with the Demon King Muzan, Tanjiro is mortally wounded and dies. At the same time, Muzan receives a particularly fatal lil' booboo himself. As Muzan is about to shuffle off the mortal coil, he uses the last of his powers to turn Tanjiro into a demon.
After the battle, Tanjiro returns home with his sister and friends. Later it is revealed that he married fellow slayer Kanao Tsuyuri.
Tanjiro certainly did a lot of good with his Water Breathing techniques, but his ability to use Sun Breathing both gives him an edge in battle and allows him to stand out among the incredibly powerful Hashira he fights alongside.
The black blade represents the Sun and is surrounded by prejudice and misconceptions, as historically every demon slayer who held it lived a short life. This could mean that Tanjirou is destined to break the pattern and set a new legend for black Nichirin blades in the Demon Slayer universe.
Nezuko marries Zenitsu Agatsuma in the Demon Slayer series.
Tanjiro's Current Demon Slayer Rank Is Kanoe
Not many of the Demon Slayers' ranks are known as of Season 2, but there are a few. Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke have moved from Mizunoto up to Kanoe due to their exploits. Murata, the Demon Slayer, who was almost digested on Mount Nagumo, is also a Kanoe.
Events. Muzan injects Tanjiro with all of his blood, turning him into a demon. Tanjiro begins to become immune to sunlight. Inosuke finds himself incapable of taking a strike at Tanjiro.
tanjiro is the reincarnation of yoriichi (theory)
As it turned out, the scar on Tanjiro's forehead did have some significance to it, rather than simply being a Todoroki-esque burn from scalding water. Tanjiro wasn't born with this scar on his forehead. Rather, he acquired it when tackling his younger brother out of the way of a falling pot of boiling tea.
Zenitsu also protects Nezuko multiple times when she is in danger, evident during Zenitsu's first meeting with Inosuke Hashibira and the battle against Enmu in the train. Eventually Zenitsu and Nezuko would marry and start a family as evidenced by their descendants.
It is confirmed in the Volume 23 extras that Inosuke and Aoi did eventually end up together and that they have two great-grandsons, one of which is Aoba.
Before he is able to regenerate fully, Tamayo appears and uses her Blood Demon Art to keep him in place, while using a drug that can turn him into human. Using this opportunity, Gyomei Himejima appears and destroys Muzan's head. However he is able to instantly regrow his head.
Muzan refused to die and when he was finally about to breathe his last, he transferred all the blood to Tanjiro in the hope that he would become the successor and carry out his will.
These two arcs encompass the final confrontation against the "Demon King" Muzan after all, and it starts off with a bang. To be more precise, Kagaya Ubuyashiki, the head of the Demon Slayers, baits Muzan into sneaking into his home to kill him.
While he was a demon, he was the strongest Demon to ever live, even surpassing Muzan. he was immune to Sunlight, so it is possible that he was immortal. If he had not been turned back into a human, it is possible that he never would have been defeated.
Well to answer the question, in short, Tanjiro's father is not a demon slayer. The person Muzan sees in his flashbacks is not Tanjurou. However, Tanjurou's connections to the demon slayer world are how he learnt the dance of the fire god technique.
Many Kimetsu no Yaiba fans deduce that Yoriichi is Tanjiro's father, but that isn't the case. However, Yoriichi is responsible for teaching Tanjiro's ancestors the Hinokami Kagura, which has been passed down for generations.
