Makio is actually a distant cousin of Tengen's. Makio's name contains solely the hiragana for "ma" (ま, "ma"?), "ki" (き, "ki"?) and "wo" (を, "wo"?) respectively.
History. At some point of her life, Suma married Tengen Uzui, along with Makio and Hinatsuru, although she volunteered to be his wife while the other two were arranged marriages. After she left the clan, her family journeyed to see Kagaya Ubuyashiki in order to fight as a part of the Demon Slayer Corps.
Hinatsuru ( 雛 ひな 鶴 つる , Hinatsuru?) is a supporting character of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. She is a kunoichi and one of Tengen Uzui's wives.
Tengen Uzui loves all of his wives equally, but he was actually set to have a different wife. He was supposed to marry Suma's younger sister, but Suma had other plans. Suma wanted to go to the interview so she crashed through the door while it was happening.

Suma, the youngest of Tengen's wives, is 19 years old. Hinatsuru, the oldest wife, is 21 years old, while Makio is 20 years old. The age gap between Tengen and his wives is not so much.

Nezuko Kamado
Zenitsu also protects Nezuko multiple times when she is in danger, evident during Zenitsu's first meeting with Inosuke Hashibira and the battle against Enmu in the train. Eventually Zenitsu and Nezuko would marry and start a family as evidenced by their descendants.
It is confirmed in the Volume 23 extras that Inosuke and Aoi did eventually end up together and that they have two great-grandsons, one of which is Aoba.

Shinobu Kocho Is the Weakest Hashira
The Insect Hashira, Shinobu's petite frame prevents her from being physically able to decapitate any demon, be it an Upper-Rank or the weakest demon in Japan. At one point or another in the manga, all nine Hashira in Demon Slayer encountered an Upper-Rank.

His last remaining brother, out of eight, inherited the same barbaric commandments. This made him leave his clan and the village permanently alongside his three wives: Suma, Makio, and Hinatsuru.
After becoming a Hashira, Tengen knew that his life would come to an end one day, so he started living a flashy life and became the most flamboyant individual in the series. His flashiness is a reminder that one day he is going to die, and that is why he started living life like there was no tomorrow.

The mice are specially trained for the purpose of being assistants to Tengen and his acquaintances, as seen during the events at Yoshiwara, Tokyo. They are strong enough to carry one sword per mouse, and are capable of navigating small spaces humans normally wouldn't be able to.
