The final chakra is our purple chakra, called Sahasrara, meaning “'thousand-petaled.” This chakra is found at the crown of your head and is associated with the colors purple and white. Sahasrara is the center of enlightenment and is the most spiritual of all the chakras.

Sahasrara is associated primarily with the pituitary gland, secondarily with the pineal and the hypothalamus.

The crown draws wisdom from a higher source, casting a beautiful and illuminating golden light on any situation, however draining or difficult. You could say the crown center casts everything in a more flattering light, including yourself.
Every chakra carries a unique frequency, wavelength, and density. In addition, each of the seven chakras is associated with a specific color that matches its vibration. For example, the root chakra's color red has the longest waves as this energy center has the lowest frequency.
It helps calm the mind, enhances deep meditation, and supports the opening of the Crown Chakra. Lavender: Lavender essential oil has a soothing, calming effect on the mind and spirit. It aids in relaxation, facilitates spiritual growth, and supports the balance and activation of the Crown Chakra.
The Heart Chakra is associated with two colours – Green and Pink. It is the centre chakra, with three chakras above and three below. It represents love and relationships. The green colour deals with giving and receiving love, while the pink is thought to represent unconditional love in a soft, nurturing way.
Different shades of purple have different spiritual meanings. For instance, light purples are associated with light-hearted, romantic energies, while darker shades can represent sadness and frustration. In some parts of Europe, purple is associated with death and mourning.

Your strongest chakra is the First Chakra, or the Root Chakra, which is located at the base of the spine. This chakra is all about connection to the earth, from establishing a deep sense of physical body to understanding the environment that surrounds you.

The seventh chakra influences the major body systems: the central nervous, muscular, and skin. Therefore skin issues such as rashes, acne, or eczema could mean your Crown Chakra is in dis-harmony.
When we focus on the breath, we can really connect with the root chakra and feel that sense of being very grounded and stable. It's also fantastic for our skin because when our bodies and minds are healthy, so is our skin.
The fifth chakra is the Throat chakra, located in the throat area and associated with the color blue. It is connected to the thyroid gland and regulates our sense of security, leadership, expression, and fluid communication. When this chakra is out of balance, we feel anxious, paralyzed, and insecure.
Concentrate on a focal point in the middle of your forehead. Without moving your eyes, scan the outer perimeter of your head and shoulders. The color you see surrounding your head and shoulders is your aura. Another way to find your aura is to stare at your hands for approximately one minute.
It is called Golden Chakra Meditation, because you visualize a golden ball of light around each chakra. The soft circular movement of the spine helps to activate energy and release physical and mental tensions stored in the body.
What does the Crown Chakra do? This chakra is all about spiritual connection and transformation. It lifts and inspires you, connecting you to the divine (you might call this angelic energy, the Source, or God.) This chakra also gives you a sense of your own divinity, the awareness that you are a soul in a human body.
You have a balanced crown chakra when: You feel a state of blissful union with all that is, of spiritual ecstasy, enlightenment. You feel a connection to universal consciousness. You have a blocked crown chakra when: You feel disconnected to spirit and are cynical regarding what is sacred.
