GPScanner salvages you. Through the app you scan surrounding and get notifications of all Bluetooth trackers not paired with your phone. Keep the app open and know which of those devices are accompanying you. This scan becomes your first line of defence, your ability to counter.
Download the free Tracker Detect app for Android here. A third-party app may have solved this problem. AirGuard periodically scans your surroundings for trackers such as AirTags or other Find My devices. It notifies you when it finds a tracker nearby and even provides a map to show where you've been tracked.

One option is to use Apple's Find My app to manually scan for AirTags near you using the Items That Can Track Me option in the Items tab. If you have an Android phone, you can also check for unknown AirTags moving with you using the Tracker Detect app.
Go to Settings > Bluetooth, and turn Bluetooth on. Go to the Find My app, tap the Me tab, and turn Tracking Notifications on. Turn off airplane mode. If your device is in airplane mode, you won't receive tracking notifications.
