Vegetal is about 5 years older than Goku. However biologically with the amount of time either has been dead/Gone to the Hyperbolic time chamber, it's a little wider. Goku has been in canon, dead for 8 full years of the series.
Fans first saw the 5-year age gap between Goku and Vegeta in the Dragon Ball Z television special Bardock - The Father of Goku, that showed a young Vegeta defeating several Saibamen while Goku was still an infant.
While Vegeta was on anothet planet it was shown that Goku was still in an incubator and then Bardock decied to put him in a pod and send him to Earth where he may lived safely. Also, Vegeta was said to be born in the Year 732 while Goku in 737 so Vegeta is 5 years older than Goku.
Bulma was only one year younger than vegeta as she was 4 years older than goku. Since she was never in the time chamber, and never spent any long amounts of time dead, that would make bulma's current age 50.
Saiyans can live up to 200 years and 1/2 to 1/4 Saiyans are truly much better fighters than pure blooded ones. questions and critics are encouraged.
The series experiences a 10-year jump which means Goku is (bear with us) 37 but chronologically 44.
The Saiyans have an aging process that differs greatly from what humans go through. It was stated by Vegeta in Dragon Ball Super that Saiyans remain in their prime until they turn 80 years old. Because of that rule about Saiyan biology, the anime can easily keep Goku's youthful look for years to come.
3 Vegeta (48)
There's a reason why the Saiyan Prince, Vegeta, loves to look at things objectively. He is pretty old and experienced in the art of fighting, and unlike Goku, Vegeta doesn't ever overreact. Born in Age 732, the Saiyan Prince is now 48-years-old.
Goku after the 1,000 year time-skip in Dragon Ball Omniverse. He first appeared in the Return of the Gods Saga to help Adrian fight Majin Beegito. His debut was short as he was killed immediately. He has been shown to be an entirely different version of Goku and may be a completely different being.
Between the natural flow of time in Dragon Ball Z and the years he spent training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, Vegeta aged another 20 years, but he doesn't look any older because Saiyans apparently don't begin to show their age until they're 80 years old.
Well, it has to do with battle choreography. Toriyama felt Goku's small body was too much of an obstacle while drawing action sequences, so he wanted to age up Goku. Torishima opposed this idea when it was first raised, but Toriyama said it had to happen lest he quit the series entirely.
Another notable change is death. The biggest example is Goku, who was dead for seven years, causing him not to age, thus making him physically the same age he was when he died upon his return to Earth, and this is clearly noted.
King Vegeta and his unnamed wife bore his first child in Age 732, Prince Vegeta. The young prince would later be given to Frieza under unknown circumstances, although King Vegeta intended to rebel before he would ever let Frieza gain his son.
The movie reveals that Broly was born within days of Prince Vegeta — approximately five years before Goku and the destruction of the Saiyan homeworld. This puts Broly at the same age as Vegeta, growing up with his father Paragus on a harsh, remote planet after Planet Vegeta's fall at the hands of Frieza.
Vegeta's official birth year is Age 732, making him 48 years old by the end of Dragon Ball Super in Age 780.
"Saiyans are a warrior race, so their aging slows once they reach an age suitable for fighting, and they maintain great strength for a long time. However, their lifespan is not much different from Earthlings', and when they reach a certain age, they rapidly grow frail," Toriyama said (via Kanzenshuu).
As such, due to the Anime's statement that Old Kai could live for at least another 1000 years, then this should also mean that, with the exchange, Goku's years would have added an extra 1000 years to his own. As such, Goku will not begin to grow old until 1000 years have passed in which the series will likely end.
Though Goku has been around for longer than 36 years, his body is still that of a 30-year-old Saiyan. If viewers were to keep track of Goku's mental age at this point in the story, they would find him to be somewhere around 44 or 45 years old.
In-universe, Goku dies on November 28 and is revived on November 3 of the next year in order to fight Nappa and Vegeta. Goku later sacrifices his life at the end of the Cell Games, opting to stay dead for seven years before having his life restored by the Rou Kaioshin during the events of the Majin Buu arc.
Story. Goku's eldest son, Gohan, is a polite little boy with dreams of growing up to become a great scholar. His name comes from Goku's late adoptive parent, who we know as Grandpa Gohan. Gohan was only four years old when he was kidnapped by Raditz while visiting Kame House with Goku.
At the beginning of the saga, Goku told Bulma that he was 14, but that was because Goku's lack of education left him with an inability to count properly. After studying with Master Roshi, Goku became smart enough to at least know that 12, which was his actual age in his introduction, came after 11, and not 14.
