The movie's actors, soundtrack, score, and scenery combine to make it entertaining and the storyline has real substance. There are several strong characters, including the female leads. Black Panther isn't recommended for children under 13 years, and we recommend parental guidance for children aged 13-15 years.
Considering the full PG-13 rating breakdown above, this parent movie reviewer would not recommend Marvel's Black Panther: Wakanda Forever to kids younger than the age of 6-7 years old.
There was some blood, but nothing excessive, and no screaming or dying women and children or anything we felt would really trouble our son, so we allowed it at age 8. We give our rating at 10+, though, because he is a very mature child for 8.
In addition to the violent scenes mentioned above, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has some scenes that could scare or disturb children under 5 years. For example: There are many scary and fierce characters, including Queen Ramonda, Okoya and Namor. The underwater scenes are murky and dark.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is rated PG-13 for strong violence, intense action, and language.
"Black Panther" is rated PG-13; Common Sense Media recommends it for ages 12 and above. It's an action film with limited gore (I don't believe I saw blood once) but there are plenty of explosions, gunfire and, in a couple scenes, death. Sex isn't hinted at beyond a passionate kiss near the end.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is rated PG-13 for sequences of strong violence, action, and some language which means some content may not be suitable for kids under age 13.
That depends on what content you don't want your kids to watch. Some Marvel movies are generally ok for 10-year-olds like Captain America The First Avenger. But if you don't like violence, then it might be wise to skip it. All of the Marvel movies are rated PG-13, at least in the MCU, not counting films like Deadpool.
As in all superhero movies, there's plenty of violence -- in this case, mostly brutal hand-to-hand combat that gets quite intense, with bloody injuries and even deaths.
The first Black Panther movie was also rated PG-13, so if your children enjoyed that movie, then it's likely this one will be suitable for them too.
The MPAA rating has been assigned for “sequences of strong violence, action and some language.” The Kids-In-Mind.com evaluation includes a sexual reference, a tender kiss, many scenes of superpowers being used to fight, other fight scenes using spears and knives, a few fight scenes with water bombs and other explosives ...
Profanity (5)
Some uses of "damn" and "hell," but generally speaking, the amount of profanity is low.
The movie conjures up images from Star Wars as it's superheroes Ant-Man and Wasp save the planet(s) from an evil Kang the Conqueror. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is aimed at older kids and teens. It's not suitable for children under 11 years and parental guidance is recommended for children aged 11-13 years.
Bumblebee is likely to appeal to younger children and tweens. But this movie has a lot of cartoon-like violence that seems to have no real-life consequences, and this could have a desensitising effect on children. For this reason, the movie isn't recommended for children under 13 years.
Parental Strongly Cautioned: PG-13 - Some material may be inappropriate for children under 13. Parents are urged to be cautious. Some material may not be appropriate for pre-teenagers.
It has many violent and disturbing scenes and scary characters, which makes it unsuitable for children under 13 years and some older children. We recommend parental guidance for younger teenagers who might want to see this movie.
The scene takes place at the end of the movie where Ayo comes to Aneka's Wakandan apartment to offer to “[restore the warrior] as a Dora [Milaje].” And from there, along with their conversation “Aneka gives [Ayo] a kiss on the cheek,” to which Kasumba's Wakandan warrior responds by “[kissing] Aneka on the lips.”

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has an MPAA rating of PG-13 for sequences of strong violence, action, and some language. It has a runtime of 2 hours 41 minutes, just 20 minutes shy of Avengers: Endgame.
Content that may disturb children
In addition to the violent scenes mentioned above, there are some scenes in Spider-Man: Homecoming that could scare or disturb children under five years. For example: Vulture wears a metal suit with razor-sharp wings fitted with all sorts of weapons.
In addition to the violent scenes and scary visual images mentioned above, Spider-Man: Far from Home has some scenes that could scare or disturb children aged 5-8 years. For example, there are frequent references to the death of Iron Man, and Peter Parker's grief. This might distress this age group.
We feel you may not be happy with children under 10 watching 'Iron Man' mainly due to the realistic intensity of the opening war zone scenes which take up the first 15 minutes of the movie.
Compared to other Marvel movies, especially those we've seen in Phase 4 of the MCU, Black Panther 2 isn't any more scary. The film does include violence such as water explosions, rocket launchers, drownings and stabbings.
Avatar is Rated PG-13 for battle sequences, violence, warfare, sensuality, language, and smoking.
The siren scene from Black Panther 2 evokes a major sense of horror. A United States freighter has discovered Vibranium in the middle of the ocean.
