With a midi-chlorian count beyond Master Yoda's, Anakin Skywalker surpassed his peers -and even his master- in terms of natural ability, making him the most powerful Jedi to ever live.

He is a master of the Force, a skilled warrior, and has an unmatched wisdom that comes from centuries of experience. At his full potential, no. In terms of raw power, Anakin dwarfed pretty much any mortal force wielder who came before or after him. Unfortunately, he never reached his full powers. We see brief glimpses of this in Legends stories.
Most hardcore fans are familiar with the idea that in Legends, Vader is less powerful than he is in Canon (with respect to that continuity). But what many forget is that in turn, Anakin Skywalker was also, respectively, a lot more powerful.

Jedi Master Yoda is the most powerful of them all. This should come as no surprise, as he was the head of the Jedi Order in the prequels and was revered for his abilities during the original trilogy. Yoda's power is unmatched and was a real threat to Darth Vader and the Imperials.
1 Darth Sidious
There has been no Sith, as powerful, meticulous, nor as evil as the Emperor himself, Darth Sidious. As previously mentioned, Sidious trained in the Dark Side by Darth Plagueis before Sidious killed Plagueis in his sleep, making Sidious a Sith Master.
If we're to come to a definitive decision on who the strongest Jedi ever is then we have to consider more than their physical skills and strength. Master Windu could be the strongest Jedi ever, he's strong, trained, wise and proved his abilities in combat as well on the Jedi council.
Immense Strength: Anakin utilized his Force powers to amplify his physical strength; this made him physically stronger then most, if not all other sentient beings. His cybernetic arm also allowed him additional strength to overpower others with greater ease.
During the early days of the Clone Wars, Skywalker served as a Jedi General in the Grand Army of the Republic, commanding the clone troopers of the elite 501st Legion against the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
Because his body had been severely burned on Mustafar, Darth Vader was thought to have lost much of his Force potential, although he nonetheless retained an incredibly high midi-chlorian count.
Anakin ultimately fulfilled his role as the Chosen One and brought balance to the Force, fulfilling Qui-Gon Jinn's belief in the prophecy that foretold Anakin's destiny. Accepting his fate, Anakin joined his Jedi mentors in death by becoming one with the Force.
They have a grudge against each other because, well, let's face. Mace Windu was not pleased to see Anakin at the Jedi Council Chambers in The Phantom Menace. He disliked the idea of letting a young boy join the order. And from then on, he never exactly created a bond with Anakin Skywalker.
Obi-Wan Kenobi became a general in the Army of the Republic as the Clone Wars continued, having many adventures with Anakin Skywalker. Chief among them was the return of Darth Maul, the Sith Lord who Obi-Wan cut in two on Naboo.
If he were to take his mask off, the Sith Lord would soon suffocate. So it's the most crucial part of his armor. He can only breathe without the need for his mask when he is in one of his meditation chambers seen in The Empire Strikes Back.
Anakin would have likely been killed by the clone troopers, along with the other Jedi. However, perhaps he would have escaped. He would have taken the pregnant Padme with him. He would have needed to get as far away from the eventual Empire as possible, so perhaps they would have gone with Yoda to Dagobah?
Luke Skywalker
However, once Luke fully embraced his power in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, he proved that he was indeed stronger than Darth Vader and struck his father down.
By the time of Episode 3; Anakin is in his prime, and already one of the Jedi Order's most powerful “masters” (although technically still a knight), just behind Obi-Wan, Windu, and Yoda. Maul wouldn't stand a chance. Anakin stomps.
In a Vanity Fair interview from 2005, George Lucas went deeper into why Anakin became much weaker as Vader. In the interview, he explained that because Anakin's limbs were severed and replaced by robotics, it was harder for him to use the Force than it was before his battle with Obi-Wan.
Aside from agility and telekinesis, Yoda could absorb and redirect Force attacks, like lightning. Because of his higher understanding, he would easily overcome Darth Vader in a fight, though that doesn't mean it wouldn't be a difficult battle.
