Initially, she struggled with the Darksaber much like Din Djarin, but Jedi Kanan Jarrus (Freddie Prinze Jr.) helped her work through her feelings and learn to work with the blade. After her training, she wielded the Darksaber with great skill, in spite of her lack of Force sensitivity.
The darksaber does have a kyber crystal just like all other lightsabers do! The crystal is the heart of the saber, giving it not just its color but its energy as well. Kyber crystals are unique, and for the Jedi, the crystal chooses its owner.
Mando got the Darksaber in The Mandalorian's Season 2 finale, and fans got to see it in action during The Book of Boba Fett. Unfortunately, there was a problem. It was too heavy for Mando to effectively use. There were a few theories why a supposedly weightless blade was so heavy.

Of the two fictional metals, vibranium is far more effective at deflecting physical blows and absorbing forceful impacts. Vibranium's ability to absorb and store kinetic energy makes it more adaptable rather than just durable. When it comes to strength, however, beskar has got vibranium beat.
The 2018 canon reference book Star Wars: The Complete Visual Dictionary, New Edition establishes that Boba Fett's armor was made of durasteel. However, the fourth episode in The Book of Boba Fett establishes that the armor is made of beskar.
