Harry describes Umbridge to Sirius Black, saying that she's vile enough to be a Death Eater, despite not being one. Umbridge is also depicted to be a prejudiced person, despising half-breeds and Muggle-born witches and wizards to the point of firing Hagrid due to his half-giant birth status.
With the fall of Lord Voldemort, Dolores Umbridge was put on trial for her enthusiastic co-operation with his regime, and convicted of the torture, imprisonment and deaths of several people (some of the innocent Muggle-borns she sentenced to Azkaban did not survive their ordeal).
She thought Voldemort would certainly win so she wanted to advance her career further by aligning with him sooner than others, i.e. just opportunistic.
Dolores Umbridge carried away by the centaurs, but is later rescued by Albus Dumbledore.
After Voldemort's final defeat at the hands of Harry Potter and the mass revolution of the Ministry of Magic by Kingsley Shacklebolt, Umbridge was arrested and put on trial for crimes against Muggle-borns, working with Voldemort and his Death Eaters and abuse of power at both Hogwarts and the Ministry of Magic.
So Umbridge acquires the locket as a bribe from Mundungus Fletcher, and though it once belonged to Salazar Slytherin, Merope Gaunt, and Hepzibah Smith, Umbridge is unaware that the locket is one of Lord Vodemort's Horcruxes - or that it belonged to him at all.
Harry James Potter holds half-blood status in Rowling's imagined wizarding world because his mother is Muggle-born and his father is pure-blood. There are three main blood statuses; pure-blood, half-blood, and Muggle-born, which are all methods of determining a witch or wizard's magical lineage.
Because to a pureblood fanatic like Bellatrix, Harry is a Mudblood because one of his parents (Lily Evans) was a Muggleborn. Anyone with Muggle ancestry is one, including Snape since his father was a Muggle (Tobias). She actually referred to him as a filthy half-blood.
Dumbledore escapes, dramatically, and Umbridge is appointed Headmistress, although she is never able to get into the Headmaster's office after Dumbledore's departure. Marietta Edgecombe's defection not only betrayed Dumbledore's Army, but ultimately doomed Harry and Cho Chang's relationship.
Yes, Snape knew.
That makes Hagrid one of just three non-Death Eaters - the others being Dumbledore himself and Horace Slughorn - who associated the handsome and charismatic Tom Riddle with the monstrous Lord Voldemort.
Draco Malfoy
Draco becomes a Death Eater in his sixth year at Hogwarts and is assigned to kill Dumbledore. However, he fails and Dumbledore is ultimately killed by Snape. Draco, like his family, is part of Slytherin house. Draco repaired a vanishing cabinet to let the Death Eaters in from the inside.
He extracts a promise from a terrified Harry and Hermione that they will continue his education if Hagrid is sent away. Eventually, Umbridge's hatred of so-called "half-breeds" leads her to sack Hagrid on the pretexts that he is incompetent, and that he has introduced Nifflers into her office.
Ok, so we know both of them are bad but who is really the more evil villain, Umbridge or Bellatrix? Dolores Umbridge is more evil because the things she does are more likely to happen in our lives.
When questioned by Bellatrix about his loyalties, Snape says he has been working for Voldemort ever since Voldemort's return, and explains his actions in the previous books in that light. He points out that gaining Dumbledore's trust and protection has kept him out of Azkaban and free to operate on Voldemort's behalf.
Snape didn't like anyone but Lily. Even if they had a real alliance their relationship would only based on interest and nothing else. So it was really unlikely for him to like her from the very begining. Snape was working for Dumbledore against Voldemort and Umbridge was certainly a hinderance for their plans.
Moaning Myrtle
Born in the late 1920s to Muggle parents, Myrtle Warren started her Hogwarts life in the early 1940s, where she was sorted into Ravenclaw.
When Cho's friend Marietta Edgecombe betrays the group to Umbridge (Cho herself while under the influence of the truth potion Veritaserum in the film), Marietta is cursed with pimples on her face as a result of Hermione's casting a spell on the D.A. membership list.
Born Helena Ravenclaw, she was a witch and daughter of one of Hogwarts' founders, Rowena Ravenclaw. Helena turned into the ghost known as the Grey Lady after she was brutally murdered by the Bloody Baron. The character was portrayed by actress Kelly MacDonald in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2.
She Had A Fling With Voldemort
Her relationship was later confirmed with Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. The play claimed that Bellatrix had been unfaithful to her husband and had slept with Lord Voldemort after she was freed from Azkaban.
It is interesting also to note that Harry does not actually kill Pettigrew, but that Voldemort's gift kills him despite Harry's efforts to save him. Pettigrew's death is a reaction to his own attempt to kill, or at least, disable Harry, coupled with Voldemort's distrust of his own lieutenant.
Luna Lovegood is a Pureblood witch, who was sorted into Gryffindor House during Harry Potter's second year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry.
The Weasleys were known in the wizarding world for being of lower economic status, something the Malfoys loved to remind them of. On the other hand, Harry had inherited a small fortune from his father, who had been the heir to the wealthy Potter family.
He's a pure-blood wizard, proud Slytherin and Harry Potter's arch rival at Hogwarts. Happy birthday, Draco Malfoy!
