High elves are known for their high cheekbones, their colorful eyes, and their tapered ears which reach back past their skull. Their faces are usually quite angular, though again they lack the wrinkles of most mortal races until their final centuries.
Most high elves were fair-skinned, though sun elven skin was a hue darker than that of the star elves or moon elves. Dark elven skin, in contrast, was dark brown. Most high elves had black hair, with silvery hues common among moon elves and star elves while blond or copper hues were more common among the sun elves.
Elves stood on average 5′4″‒6′0″ (1.6‒1.8 m) and weighed 130‒170 lb (59‒77 kg). Usually, true elves were a naturally slender and athletic race. Elves had a similar range of complexions to humans, with wood elves typically coppery or pale skinned and wild elves having darker pigmentation.
The high elf is the most common elf variety. High elves average 5 feet tall and typically weigh just over 100 pounds. They live on fruits and grains, though they occasionally hunt for fresh meat.
Elves do not grow facial hair, according to the D&D 5th edition's Player's Handbook (p. 21): Elves have no facial and little body hair. Therefore, an elf cannot grow a beard even with this particular item.

Facial characteristics

Ralph's duties as Head Elf include overseeing toy production, the naught and nice list and Santa's security. Ralph is the world's tallest elf, and he's Santa's right hand man.
While humans reach adulthood at age 15, for a blood elf or high elf, this happens anywhere between 60-110 years of age, depending on what resource guide you're looking at. For night elves, that number is even higher; night elves don't reach adulthood until age 110-300, depending on the resource guide.
Age: Although elves reach physical maturity at about the same age as humans, the elven understanding of adulthood goes beyond physical growth to encompass worldly experience. An elf typically claims adulthood and an adult name around the age of 100 and can live to be 750 years old.
When Tolkien describes Elven eyes, they tend to be grey.
Beauty Ideals
Like humans, smooth, clear skin, bright eyes and symmetrical features are considered attractive in elf society as they are signs of good health. Unlike humans, beauty standards for elves are the same regardless of gender.
The strengths of the High Elves could be swiftness, agility and, of course, their artistic abilities. Their weak points could be a certain physical fragility and a total lack of empathy towards the less long-lived races, sometimes showing condescending or haughty.
High elves have a golden, copper toned skin that practically shimmers in the light. Their eyes are always very pale, in colors of either brown, grey, green or yellow. Their hair is also light in color, usually blonde or light brown, though sometimes red.

High Elves are the most strongly-gifted in the arcane arts of all the races, and they are very resistant to diseases. However, they are also somewhat vulnerable to magicka, fire, frost, and shock, which makes them very weak against their strongest point - magic.
Puberty and full height are attained at around their fiftieth to one hundredth year, when they stop aging physically.
Because of their ability increase, high elves make good fighters (especially eldritch knights), rogues (especially arcane tricksters), and wizards. Wood Elf: Dexterity and Wisdom are a powerful combination] that work swell for a number of classes: druid, fighter, monk, ranger, and rogue all work very well.
Half-Elf Traits
Age: Half-elves mature at the same rate humans do and reach adulthood around the age of 20. They live much longer than humans, however, often exceeding 180 years.

Their males are the shortest in all of Tamriel standing at only 0.98, or roughly a hair below 5'9" or 1.74 m in real life.
Krampus' Elves, also known as "Elves" and "Krampus' Helpers", are the secondary antagonists of the 2015 supernatural holiday-themed horror-comedy film Krampus. These Dark Elves are an evil version of Santa Claus's Elves. They are Krampus' minions who help him take families who have been bad on Christmas.
They state that one of the oldest elves around is 4,000 years old, and he goes by the name of Kringle. The youngest is only 700 and is named Buttercup. As you can see, Santa is always on the lookout for new elves with plenty of holiday spirit.
Arwen. Daughter of Elrond and granddaughter of Galadriel, Arwen was called the “Evenstar” and was accounted as the most beautiful of the final generation of elves. She was a descendant of Lúthien and often compared to her for her beauty and for her relationship with Aragorn.
“Elves are wondrous fair to look upon,” wrote Tolkien in The Two Towers. That sentiment is consistent throughout his work, from Lord of the Rings to The Silmarillion to his smaller, uncollected tales. The Eldar are tall, beautiful, wise, immortal and pointedly unlike men, who are nasty, brutish, and short[er].
High cheekbones tend to create a very symmetrical face, which science has proven to be noticed more often and seen with much more appeal. In fact, high cheekbones are considered a beauty trait that is found often in fashion models.
