A secret card is a card whose collection number is greater than the listed number of cards in the set, for example, numbered 101/100. Secret cards are generally rarer than the other cards in the set, and typically are holofoil cards as well.
Secret rare cards have a collector number that is higher than the total number of cards that were printed in that set. For example, it may appear as 99/98. Secret rare cards can be quite valuable!
1. 1998 Pokemon Japanese Promo Pikachu Holo Illustrator. Logan Paul purchased the 1998 Pokemon Japanese Promo Pikachu Illustrato-Holo for $5.3 million in July 2021. The Pikachu Illustrator card is widely considered the rarest and most expensive Pokemon card in existence.
A Secret Rare has a rainbow-colored foil that's applied to the artwork, card name, Attribute, and Level. The foil has a diagonal texturing instead of a plain reflective finish.
As part of a promotional campaign, the set included an exclusive English only Dark Raichu, although it was eventually released in Japanese, it was the first "secret" rare card, numbered "83/82".

K - Radiant Pokemon
Introduced in S9a Battle Region, these are also textured and are Shiny Pokemon. These have their own 'K' rarity, it's very likely (not confirmed) the 'K' refers to Kagayaku Pokemon, it's how these Radiant Pokemon cards are called in Japanese.
But overall, they have high pull rates. What is this? For Vivid Voltage, the chance of pulling an Aamazing rare is about 5-6% (based on multiple samples sourced from the community). For Shining Fates, the chance of pulling an Amazing rare is actually also about 5-6% (again, based on multiple community-sourced samples).
If the color is not black, the Pokémon card is fake. In some cases, Pokémon collectors have reported seeing blue streaks - these are also fake. However, in most cases involving counterfeit cards, you will see no streak at all.
Normal Rare cards are included as the rare slot in packs, unlike Short Print cards, which occupy one of the common slots.
