Some people with a milder form of heart block may not experience any symptoms. Others may experience: a slow or irregular heartbeat, or palpitation. shortness of breath.
The symptoms – chest pain, tightness, and shortness of breath – can be similar, though. Sometimes, when arteries become completely blocked, a new blood supply develops around the blockage. This new blood supply, called collaterals, won't deliver as much blood to your heart.
The heart doctor (cardiologist) guides a thin, flexible tube (catheter) to the narrowed part of the heart artery. A tiny balloon is inflated to help widen the blocked artery and improve blood flow. A small wire mesh tube (stent) may be placed in the artery during angioplasty. The stent helps keep the artery open.
Mobitz type 1 - this is the least serious type of second degree heart block - it may occasionally cause symptoms of mild dizziness and does not usually require treatment.

Chest Pain, Pressure, Fullness, or Discomfort
