Celestial Spirit Magic (星霊 魔法 Seirei Mahō): Lucy practices Celestial Spirit Magic, a type of Spatial Magic which allows her to summon Celestial Spirits, magical beings residing in the Celestial Spirit World, using the Keys of their respective Gates.
Lucy is then able to prevent the crisis by closing Eclipse using all twelve zodiac spirits belonging to her and fellow celestial wizard Yukino Agria.

There is no official proof that says lucy is a god, her escaping alegria is because of luck and being a main character especially since escaping alegria has always been possible as mentioned in chapter 382 of the fairy tail manga, she is just a human mage born from a human parents.
