In Age of Ultron, concentrated energy blasts of sufficient heat and power are also shown to be effective against Vibranium. Thor's lightning, Vision's Mind Stone lasers and Iron Man's repulsor beams were able to melt Ultron's body when used in combination, meaning that high enough temperatures can break Vibranium down.
Even the most powerful substances have their weaknesses, and Vibranium is no exception. The Wakandan metal, although near indestructible, is shown to be able to melt under the heat produced by the Mind Stone, when coupled with a single lightning bolt, courtesy of Thor's (Chris Hemsworth) Mjølnir.
Despite this, there is an excellent example of a vibranium weapon being broken with physical might. The Serpent, the god of fear, managed to shatter the shield as if it were glass, with seemingly no effort. So brute force is one way to destroy vibranium, but only if one possesses the strength of a god or nearly one.
Vibranium is a versatile metal that is shown in creating weapons, clothing, and various forms of technology which has given both civilizations a technological advantage against the outside world. Yet Vibranium does have some disadvantages, particularly its weakness to sound waves.
As a result, a chunk of Vibranium which had absorbed a considerable amount of vibratory energy would be exceedingly hard to demolish. If enough force were applied to this chunk to smash it, the Vibranium would explode, releasing much of the absorbed energy.
In one of these episodes, there was a cage made of completely vibranium designed by Bruce Banner to contain the Hulk in case the would be a need. They tested it and while Hulk couldn't breakthrough he dented it with a divet in the shape of his fist. So technically no as far as we have seen.
Vibranium can also cut the Hulk due to the same reasoning as Adamantium -- they are two of the strongest metals in the world. The one thing to note is that when Hulk gets angrier, his skin becomes more durable and can then withstand even these metals.
The fact that Thanos possesses enough power to beak vibranium is a testament to the strength of the Mad Titan, but more importantly, the weapon itself. Although the origin of the sword is unknown, the evident force and qualities of the blade reveal clues to its composition.
Thanos' Sword Is Made From Uru
Uru is a special metal in the Marvel universe that is said to only be created in the core of dying stars, making it ultra rare and incredibly strong. In fact, Thor's Mjolnir is made of the Uru metal making it comparable to Thanos's sword in terms of strength.
One, in the Marvel universe, the other in the Star Wars universe. Per Hamill's explanation, the lightsaber would be able to cut through Captain America's vibranium shield, and probably with ease.
But you can heat the metal to a soft red point, and it can also be melted. So Superman could melt vibranium with his heat vision. Superman heat vision has been shown capable of cutting through something that was said to be as powerful as the event horizon of a black hole.
Eventually Tony Stark, while looking for a replacement for Palladium (which was poisoning his heart), stumbled upon his father's blueprints for Vibranium and used it as a viable replacement to power both his heart and the Iron Man Mark VI suit.
In Avengers: Endgame, Thanos was able to cut/break apart Captain America's vibranium shield.
Unlike adamantum, Magneto cannot manipulate vibranium – not if it's pure. Vibranium is a rare, extraterrestrial metallic ore. It has near-mystical properties that allow for energy manipulation and more. There is a Wakandan isotope and an Antarctic isotope, and both of them are completely unaffected by Magneto's powers.
In the Iron Man 2 novelization, the new element created by Tony Stark to replace Palladium in the arc reactor is called Vibranium. This information would later be invalidated by Captain America: The First Avenger, where Vibranium is shown as a rare metal already existing in the 1940s.
The seventh Gem was hidden in an unknown realm known as the Ultraverse. This goldish color gem was said to obtain the essence of Nemesis. She was the omnipotent being, which shattered herself across two universes, because she grown tired of her own existence.
Thanos' IQ is over 9000.
Only an Uru blade would be capable of out powering Cap's shield in the Marvel Comic Universe. Vibranium is the strongest metle on earth. Adamantium is strong but not as vibranium so caps shield cannot be tear apart by logans claws. Only even few has broken the caps shield such as meastro etc.

1. Dargonite. I have decided to put Dargonite as the strongest metal on this list. Even though there is not much known about it, Dragonite is an immensely tough metal, as it can pierce through adamantium.
Thanos didn't lift Mjolnir, Captain America did
With Mjolnir's worthiness enchantment resulted in Thor being able to lift the hammer only if he is considered to be worthy, but likewise, the enchantment is not discriminatory in nature, and anyone who is deemed worthy is able to lift the hammer.
Due to the gamma radiation that birthed him, his skin is nearly indestructible and takes massive force to break. Throughout Hulk's many on-screen fights, he has only bled twice, and both circumstances prove it takes a unique set of variables to accomplish that.
The Hulks are iconic green monsters. Their skin is green. They bleed green. Even their feces are green.
Fans know Spider-Man is strong, but Marvel confirms Peter Parker has the strength to not only survive a Hulk attack, but take him down too.
