The fifth chakra is the Throat chakra, located in the throat area and associated with the color blue. It is connected to the thyroid gland and regulates our sense of security, leadership, expression, and fluid communication. When this chakra is out of balance, we feel anxious, paralyzed, and insecure.
On an emotional level, if the solar plexus chakra is imbalanced, it is believed to cause feelings of depression and low self-esteem.
Crown Chakra
Imbalanced: Being judgemental, constant overthinking and over-analysis of day-to-day situations.
The Base Chakra is also associated with a person's inner security and stability, mental traits and when they are lacking, again the person will suffer ill mental health. An unbalanced or blocked chakra causes illness, ailments and extreme emotions. When we express anger it is because the solar plexus chakra is not operating at the correct vibration or speed that maintains good health and wellbeing. If the chakra is blocked this will also mean that our emotional state is off balance.
