Unfortunately, Gyutaro spots Inosuke and stabs him right through where his heart should be with a sickle imbued with deadly poison. We later find out that the “harsh life in the mountains” taught Inosuke to move around his internal organs, as well as gave him an immunity to poison.
Upper-Rank Six: Gyutaro & Daki
Gyutaro was decapitated by Tanjiro with an assist by Tengen while Daki was beheaded by a joint attack from Zenitsu and Inosuke.
In her final moments, she apologized to Inosuke for failing to protect him and tosses him into the river as an attempt to save his life. She was ultimately killed and eaten by Doma, who claimed to have devoured her to the bone.

Inosuke Hashibira (嘴平伊之助) is a demon slayer of the demon slayer corps and one of the traveling companions of Tanjiro Kamado and a main protagonist in the Kimetsu no Yaiba: Demon Slayer series.
Inosuke Hashibira
Although Inosuke refuses to acknowledge that he has met him before, Doma explores his memories and reveals that he met Inosuke when he was a child, and was responsible for killing his mother, causing Inosuke to fill with hatred and engage in combat with the Demon.
The only reason why Muzan hates Doma is because of his insincerity and lack of emotions. This might sound odd, expecting emotions from a demon, but even a demon has to retain such tendencies to keep things in order.
Jigoro was a very short, elderly man with visible forehead wrinkles and large, slanted eyes, as well as a straight scar with even six prongs running along his right cheekbone.
When it comes down to it, Inosuke and his companions wouldn't stand a chance against most of the Hashira. They've got far more training to do before they reach the level of the Demon Slayer Corp.'s strongest members.
Shinobu Kocho Is the Weakest Hashira

As it turned out, the scar on Tanjiro's forehead did have some significance to it, rather than simply being a Todoroki-esque burn from scalding water. Tanjiro wasn't born with this scar on his forehead. Rather, he acquired it when tackling his younger brother out of the way of a falling pot of boiling tea.
Gyomei Himejima, the Stone Hashira, is the strongest Hashira in the Demon Slayer corps in terms of strength and swordsmanship. He is the only person who uses spiked flails and an axe instead of standard swords to kill demons. Such a weapon takes immense precision and soundness to use without inflicting personal damage.
