Viktor Krum transfigures his upper body to that of a shark, which gives him the ability to breathe underwater. Cedric Diggory and Fleur Delacour use the Bubble-head charm to breathe underwater.
During the task, Barty Crouch Jnr, posing as Alastor Moody by way of the Polyjuice Potion, managed to place the Imperius Curse on Viktor as part of his plot to steer Harry Potter to victory in the Tournament.
Fleur Delacour failed to finish the second task because she was attacked by the grindylows. Because Delacour failed to finish, she never retrieved her younger sister, Gabrielle.
Sirius' death is a huge loss for Harry, and as we will see in the early part of the next book, he reacts by isolating himself. As he recovers from this blow, Harry realizes that Voldemort used his godfather to get to him, and he fears his friends will always be in mortal danger as long as Voldemort lives.
The answer is that Sirius wanted to deflect attention from the real Secret-Keeper. He probably hoped Voldemort would go after him so he could steer attention away from Pettigrew.
At the end of GOF only a handful of people even know that Sirius is an animagus, let alone his loveable big doggie form. But by the beginning of OOTP we have Lucius Malfoy able to "recognize" Sirius by seeing the large black dog with Harry. So we're left with a good mystery.

After he had been Imperiused, Viktor Krum was ordered to attack and overwhelm Fleur Delacour and Cedric Diggory so that Harry's path to the Cup (or trap) could be clear.
Although every tournament in history had only ever had three champions, Harry Potter found himself chosen as the unprecedented fourth. The other three champions were Fleur Delacour of Beauxbatons, Viktor Krum of Durmstrang and Cedric Diggory of Hogwarts.
Cedric achieves this by transfiguring a rock into a Labrador to distract the dragon whilst he retrieves the egg. The dragon is distracted by Cedric, but burns half of his face. After completing the task, Cedric is informed by Barty Crouch, Jr.

Snape's last words imply his urgent desire to get a glimpse of Lily Potter's eyes, a woman he had loved his entire life and for whose death he felt largely responsible. Harry is constantly reminded throughout the series that he has his mother's eyes.
