The Persian people are one of the oldest civilizations that still inhabit their homeland. They are often defined by physical characteristics such as olive and pale skin, large dark or deep blue eyes, and almond shaped eyes.
Physical Attributes. Persian cats are medium-sized, usually weigh between seven and 12 pounds, and measure from 10-15 inches tall. They have a rounded head, small, rounded ears, and big eyes. They also typically have a flat and pushed-in looking face with chubby cheeks.
The Persians are an Iranian ethnic group who comprise over half of the population of Iran. They share a common cultural system and are native speakers of the Persian language as well as of the languages that are closely related to Persian.
Some believe why Iranians so beautiful is because of their big, captivating, and usually dark eyes. The typical appearance of an Iranian includes thick black/brown hair that may be straight, wavy, or curly, pale to the tan body with olive tints, and, of course, huge, generally dark eyes.

There are two main causes for a skinny cat: Either they aren't eating enough, or they're expending more calories than they are taking in. They may not be eating enough due to stress, dental disease, nausea or a host of other reasons.
Their eye color corresponds to their coat color. For example, white Persians tend to have deep blue or copper eyes, whereas silver or golden Persians have green eyes and solid-colored cats have copper eyes.
Persian noses often feature a hump on the bridge of the nose and an elongated, drooping tip. Some patients have thick skin or nasal deviation and nasal breathing obstruction which further complicates this procedure.
Iranian males are found to have a little darker and more reddish and yellowish skin than females, and it is reported that the age increase causes a decrease in lightness and yellowness and an increase in redness for the collected data.
One of the most common is the conflation of Middle Eastern ethnic groups. Many people continue to believe that “Persian” and “Arab” are interchangeable terms, when, in reality, they are labels for two distinct ethnicities. That is to say, Persians are not Arabs.
There are several ethnic groups in Iran, with the largest being Persian (about 60%). Only a small minority of Iranians, about 2%, is ethnically Arab. Arabs are an ethnic groups forming majority in many countries in the Middle East and North Africa, such as Syria and Saudi Arabia, but not in Iran.
The Sources of Jurisprudence. Iran, Azerbaijan, and Iraq today are predominantly followers of the Shi`ite branch of Islamic faith. In Afghanistan, Tajikistan, and Central Asia, where the Sunni branch of Islam dominates the religious Persian-language works reflect the Sunni school of Islamic thought.
Famous for their long, thick fur, Persian cats are quite the high-maintenance breed, with combing and deshedding needed daily.
Silver and golden
They are considered exquisite and rare and come in two different variants: Chinchilla—white with black tips. Shaded—uniform black shading over the darker parts.
The Persians were the first people to establish regular routes of communication between three continents—Africa, Asia and Europe. They built many new roads and developed the world's first postal service.
Women across Europe, India, Africa and the Middle East proudly flaunt spectacular, non-small noses. In many cultures, big noses are a sign of wisdom or prosperity and people would never even consider altering them.
Nixon Nose
It's one of the least common nose shapes. Basically, it's marked by its straight bridge, which curves at the end with a broader tip. It's a rare nose shape, according to research.
The Turned-up Nose
It is considered one of the most aesthetically pleasing forms of the nose. This nose shape has concave features that display a depression in the mid-part and a tip that protrudes slightly. Most people find the nose attractive if the curvature of the bridge is gentle.
Iranian cultural heritage has no one geographic or cultural home, its roots belong to all of us and speak of the vast influence that the Iranians have had on the creation of the world we live in today. Iran's past could never be wiped off the cultural map of the world for it is embedded in our very humanity.
Typical Iranian lunch and dinners will be a well-balanced mix of meat, beans, vegetables, herbs, dairy, nuts, and fruits served with rice or bread. The most common animal proteins are poultry, beef, lamb, and fish.
Major staples of Iranian food that are usually eaten with every meal include rice, various herbs, cheese, a variety of flat breads, and some type of meat (usually poultry, beef, lamb, or fish). Stew over rice is by far the most popular dish, and the constitution of these vary by region.
Persian green is a color used in pottery and Persian carpets in Iran. It is also utilized in the architecture of religious places. Other colors associated with Persia include Persian pink, Persian rose, Persian orange, Persian red and Persian blue.
Recognized colors are silver, blue silver, red, brown, blue, cream, cameo and cream cameo. There are no patched tabby patterns in red, cream and cameo. All have brilliant copper eyes except silver varieties which also may have green or hazel.
The majority of Iranians have dark brunette or black hair. However, there are many people with light hair (anything from blonde hair, light brunette hair and medium brunette hair).
