According to Al-Ghazali the dwellers of Heaven will exist eternally in a state of being age 33. Islamic prayer beads are generally arranged in sets of 33, corresponding to the widespread use of this number in dhikr rituals.
Biblical Significance
On a higher level, the number 33 has major significance to Jesus Christ. In the Bible, 33 represents God's promises as well as God's Judgment. The 33rd time Abraham's name is used in the Bible is when Isaac, the child of promise, is born.

Because of this, the number seven is used to illustrate an idea of completeness throughout the Bible. In both Islam and Judaism, there are seven heavens. Muslim people walk around the Kaaba seven times while making the pilgrimage to Mecca.

For Muslims, 786 is sacred because the Arabic letters of the opening phrase of the Quran add up to the numerical value of 786.

(33:21) Surely there was a good example for you in the Messenger of Allah,34 for all those who look forward to Allah and the Last Day and remember Allah much.

With regard to dhikr after salah and before sleeping, you can say: Subhan Allah 33 times, Al-hamdu Lillah 33 times, and Allahu akbar 33 times.
Tahajjud, also known as the "night prayer", is a voluntary prayer performed by followers of Islam.
