What is *#62 used for? *#62 is a short code that can be used to check whether your calls have been redirected or diverted without your consent. It does not, however, work on all Android phones.
It's called "continuous redial," and simply entering a code (*66) after a busy signal will tell the line to keep redialing each time a call fails.
The answer is yes and no. If you call a phone number and hear a busy signal after a while, this does not mean that the recipient's blocked your number. This means that the person you are trying to reach is engaged on another call, or has set their phone to divert incoming calls to voicemail.
To deactivate Call Forwarding, dial *73. You will hear two short tones followed by dial tone indicating Call Forwarding has been deactivated.
First of all, if you see a persistent notification on your Android notification shade saying “Forwarding all calls” or something related, that means you or someone has activated call divert on your phone.
