The Bible does not have any specific ruling on minimum or maximum age. Marriage is a serious issue and a lifetime covenant between two people. And whether the man is older than the woman or vice versa, is not given much attention in the Bible.
God has a purpose for older people
Not lording it over others, but helping, listening, mentoring, encouraging and above all – telling of his faithfulness (Psalm 78).
For those who belong to the LORD JESUS CHRIST, God promises IRREVOCABLY LONGEVITY OF LIFE. Psalm 91:16 “WITH LONG LIFE I WILL SATISFY HIM, and shew him my salvation.” Long life is God's covenant heritage for all believers. Consequently, He is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them.
Seeking a sense of purpose and meaning. Feeling a sense of belonging and connectedness. The need to feel hope and gratitude.
Prayer Gives Us Strength
When seniors of faith set aside time each day to pray, it shifts their focus from the earthly problems surrounding them to God and his promises. Even when their problems seem overwhelming, seniors can experience peace by realizing nothing is beyond God's control.
The Lord said to Moses, “This applies to the Levites: Men twenty-five years old or more shall come to take part in the work at the tent of meeting, but at the age of fifty, they must retire from their regular service and work no longer.
