Leading nutritionist Signe Svanfeldt says that King Charles' has fresh home-baked bread, fruits and fresh juices in breakfast. He also has muesli and cereal, different varieties of honey and teas.
You might be expecting a royal feast every time he sits down for a meal, but the list of items that the King eats and favours is surprisingly simple and affordable too. When it comes to an average day-to-day of eating, the King enjoys eating meals that includes wholegrains, fresh fruits and vegetables.
It is reported that the King typically asks for a perfectly soft boiled, or coddled egg every morning, according to MyLondon.
Bagpipes at 9 am
Ever since the days of Queen Victoria, a piper has roused the reigning monarch from their sleep by playing bagpipes outside their window at 9 am, and King Charles has carried on this tradition like his late mother before him.
He Seems To Favor Savory Over Sweet
Instead, King Charles favors Italian cuisine and other healthy, fresh dishes. One of his favorite dinners, according to Chef McGrady is a rack of lamb sous vide with wild mushroom risotto. Chef McGrady says he also likes polenta dishes.
Royal expert Russell Myers added on Lorraine that the King's favourite meal ever (apart from eggs) is “wild mushroom risotto,” using the produce from the land. This is because he is a big lover of Italian food.
In 2019 Charles was judged the hardest working royal. That year he did 521 engagements, so hours of 'work'. If we assume a typical working day in this country is seven hours this is the equivalent of Charles working seventy four and a half days last year.

If you're looking for a restroom in Buckingham Palace, ask for the loo or the lavatory.
