Mastiff. One of the oldest breeds of dog, Mastiffs have been used as guardians, hunters and war dogs. “Mastiffs are heavy boned with a powerful neck and firm back,” says DiNardo.
Most lists you come across will have the Chihuahua as having the weakest bite force. It is usually reported as being between 100 and 180 PSI. Some of the other breeds on the list of weakest bites are: Malinois Dog – 195 PSI.
