Supernatural 15x13 - Jack gets his soul back and says sorry to Sam and Dean for killing Mary!
Jack says he snapped and it was over quickly. He wishes it didn't happen. Dean is barely holding it together. He doesn't like that Jack is calling Mary's death, “the accident.” But he plays along and says they understand and they forgive Jack.
After going to Heaven, Dean is impressed and proud of the changes that Jack has made. Bobby Singer calls Jack Dean's kid while they talk and Dean doesn't say anything to the contrary, suggesting that Dean ultimately forgave Jack and came to see the young Nephilim as his family again.
When Jack asks where Castiel is, Dean tells them Castiel died saving him by summoning the Empty to take him and Billie. As Dean apologizes to a shocked Jack, Sam attempts to try and reach other people on his cell phone.
When Jack killed Mary Winchester, he sought to redeem himself by creating new angels but it didn't help and he was locked away by the Winchesters. Jack escaped and roamed Earth before he was confronted by the Winchesters who intended to kill him but stopped.

Billie resurrected Jack and sent him to Earth to feed on Grigori hearts in an effort to make him stronger so that eventually he'll be able to fight Chuck. He would have checked in with Cas and the Winchesters sooner, but he needed to lay low so that Chuck, who fears him, wouldn't find him and kill him again.
Jack uses his powers to heal Cas because the antidote obtained via the best plan of all time unfortunately doesn't work. When he tries to also heal Dean, though, Cas won't let him; he's confident Dean will heal (because he's Dean, and Dean is Dean) and Jack is being entirely too cavalier about his soul.
At Salute to Supernatural Vancouver 2022 Jensen further reiterated that Dean did not have romantic feelings for Castiel, saying that Dean saw Castiel as a family member and losing him was like losing a brother.
After a soulless Jack kills Nick for trying to resurrect Lucifer, he accidentally kills Mary in a brief fit of rage. Mary is reunited with her husband in Heaven and is now at peace in a shared Heaven with John.
Jack's descent into evil arguably began as soon as his power was restored, as, immediately after Michael's defeat, Sam, Dean, and Castiel looked noticeably frightened at the youngster's ominous power.
In Ouroboros, Jack absorbed the Alternate Michael's grace returning him to full power, although he had to burn off his entire soul in order to kill him. When his powers were restored, Jack displayed his full angelic wings to show he was himself once more.
Character Information
Jack Kline (b. May 18, 2017) is the son of Lucifer and Kelly Kline. He is the first and only known Nephilim to be sired by an Archangel. Jack was taken in by Sam and Dean Winchester who would teach him how to master his powers.
Mary asks Dean to tell her the truth. Dean tries to avoid it but Mary insists. Dean tells her that he is her son, and Mary is shocked by this. She is more horrified that she raised her children in this lifestyle.
When Dean died, he left Sam alone, and he hasn't quite forgiven himself for that. Though we know that Sam is okay (he eventually marries and has a son, whom he names Dean in honor of his late brother), Dean is still the over-protective big brother he's always been.
After all, despite his intentions, Sam did the unthinkable. He betrayed him for a demon. Dean tried to see past it and focus on task but the hurt was too deep and the betrayal too raw. He couldn't forgive.
On multiple occasions, Dean has shown that - of all the women he has slept with - he truly loves Lisa. Before and during the first few episodes of, season 6, Dean lives with the Braedens for a full year, living an "Apple Pie" life. Dean's nickname for Lisa is "Lis'".
Out of Castiel's three lovers, Meg and April, Daphne is the only one with whom Castiel had a successful relationship, as Meg was killed approximately a year later and April was a reaper tasked with killing him. It is unclear if Castiel remembers Daphne, or whether he cares about her at all.
Season 15 - Love Confession
The season centers a lot around their relationship and it all comes to a culmination point when Cas makes the romantic declaration of love before sacrificing his life for Dean yet again.
Before dying, John tells Dean, if he can't save Sam, he'll have to kill him, should he become evil. The fourth season episode "On the Head of a Pin" reveals that the demon Alastair tortured John in Hell for over a century, with John refusing the demon's offer to stop if he himself would torture someone else.
At the lake, Dean reveals to Sam the secret that John whispered into his ear before he died. John told Dean to protect his brother and that he had to save Sam, but that if he couldn't, Dean would have to kill him.
At the end, Jack coughs up blood in front of Dean before suddenly collapsing, bleeding from his nose and mouth. Rowena determines that Jack's condition is a result of his human and angel sides attacking each other without his grace maintaining a balance.
In The End, Jack Became A “Hands-Off” Deity
Jack sucked up all their power and he was the one to kill Chuck, and take all his power too. He was more powerful than God and Amara together. He put the whole world to rights but didn't bring back all the people that had died because of his plan.
Chuck eventually reveals to Metatron that He is, in fact, God. As Metatron begins groveling on his knees, Chuck tells him to stop as the kneeling and being called "God" make Him uncomfortable, telling Metatron to call Him Chuck.
Castiel is a young Seraphim, former leader of his garrison, and youngest angel in all of Heaven. He is the husband of the demoness, Meg Master and widowed father of his daughter, Cassandra Masters.
