Blueberries (14 microgram/half-cup) and grapes (11 micrograms/half-cup) and apples (up to 5 micrograms for one small apple) have lower amounts but are easy to add to a meal on the go.
Drinking fruit and vegetable juices is another easy way to increase your potassium intake. Citrus juices seem to provide the most potassium ( 3 ). For example, 1 cup (240 mL) of 100% orange juice offers about 10% of the DV for potassium, while the same serving of grapefruit juice provides 9% of the DV ( 30 , 31 ).

Abnormal clotting is not related to excessive vitamin K intake, and there is no known toxicity associated with vitamin K1 or vitamin K2 (see Toxicity). Some oral anticoagulants, such as warfarin (Jantoven, formerly known as Coumadin), inhibit coagulation by antagonizing the action of vitamin K.
Some fruits such as kiwi, blackberries, and blueberries are also rich in vitamin K.

While there is not a lot of meats rich in Vitamin K, there are a few that contain significant amounts of it. Some of the highest Vitamin K meats include trout, sausage, beef, chicken, salmon, crab meat, shrimp, chicken breast and anchovy.
Avocados: Avocados are high in vitamin K, although the amount varies from avocado to avocado. Vitamin K content in guacamole can varies even more.

Blood clotting
Cucumber is relatively high in vitamin K. Eating too much cucumber could affect how a person's blood clots.
The main symptom of vitamin K deficiency is bleeding (hemorrhage)—into the skin (causing bruises), from the nose, from a wound, in the stomach, or in the intestine. Sometimes bleeding in the stomach causes vomiting with blood. Blood may be seen in the urine or stool, or stools may be tarry black.
Most meats add some potassium to your meals. Chicken breast has the most per 3-ounce serving with 332 milligrams, but beef and turkey breast contain 315 and 212 milligrams, respectively.
Chocolate and nuts contain high amounts of phosphorus and potassium.
