Kissy Missy is an upcoming playable monster in the Dark Deception multiplayer game Monsters & Mortals, who would be appearing in "Playtime Co. Toy Factory" map from the Poppy Playtime DLC.
Kissy Missy is a toy produced by Playtime Co. She was created in 1985, one year after Huggy Wuggy's release. Her only appearances so far being in the form of posters in Chapter 1: A Tight Squeeze, and in Chapter 2: Fly in a Web as a minor character/ally.
In the Poppy Playtime's 2nd chapter, Kissy Missy first appeared as an unexpected ally to the protagonist. It's quite odd that she lends a hand to the player instead of attacking them, unlike the toys who appeared in the game before her (e.g. Huggy Wuggy, Mommy Long Legs).
Amongst the information that developers have released, is the addition of new characters, including Mommy Long Legs and Kissy Missy. Like Huggy Wuggy, these new characters have arguably 'innocent' names that may sound child-friendly but could be visually disturbing and upsetting for children.
A game not suitable for children under the age of 13
and have a life of their own and of which Huggy is the mascot).
Huggy Wuggy helps kids to normalise and process their fears
It's interesting to note that the player can survive in Poppy Playtime, showing children that they can face and overcome their fear of monsters, and live to tell the tale.
Every time the player fails to reach the catwalk at the end of the belt, they are met with Huggy Wuggy snatching up and killing them with its teeth. If the player does manage to get to the catwalk, they must pull a box to block the creature and destroy it, causing them both to fall.
Poppy Playtime is a horror/puzzle game which involves the player investigating an abandoned toy factory to solve the mystery of what happened. The game does not appear to have any age restrictions however the developers have recommended for players age 8+.
It's important for parents to realize that Poppy Playtime, despite being about toys, is not intended for children. In the US, the indie game doesn't have an ESRB rating at all, but it is rated PEGI 12 in the UK, which means it is inappropriate for children under the age of 12.
Huggy Wuggy corners a surviving Playtime Co. worker and tells them his sad origin story. Before being turned into a horrible toy, Huggard Wugson was just a simple man working at the factory. But after an explosive accident, his life was never the same, and he was transformed into Huggy Wuggy.
She can hang like a spider, and she is about two feet tall. The revelation of her skin in the spinning gears when she dies, as well as the saliva in her mouth whenever she kills and consumes the player, heavily hint at her being organic.
Common Sense Media cautions parents, "While there's no graphic violence or gore, there are splatters of blood throughout the factory. Also, the horror nature of the game will likely be too scary for younger audiences." Aside from the videos, like Squid Game, Huggy Wuggy has made its way to the playground.
Kissy Missy's appearance is very similar to Huggy Wuggy's. Like Huggy, she is a tall, slender creature with thick fur, but she is dyed pink rather than Huggy's signature blue. The rest of her features such as her blue bow, yellow hands and feet, and eyes are similar to Huggy's with the exception of her eyelashes.
Unlike other toys in Poppy Playtime, Kissy Missy appeared to be docile and friendly rather than sinister and vile which is honestly quite odd.
Huggy Wuggy was created in 1984 by Playtime Co., in which he became a roaring success and became one of the many signature toys in Playtime Co. A feminine counterpart was created a year after Huggy's creation.
This game has received a PEGI 12 because it features moderate horror and violence. Not suitable for persons under 12 years of age.
Bunzo Bunny. Chapter 3 is the upcoming third chapter in the indie-horror game Poppy Playtime. It was confirmed to release sometime during 2023.
The age rating for Poppy Playtime is 8+, so while it's a horror game, it's somewhat suitable for kids.
Kissy Missy is one of the toys from Playtime Co, and she's the other half of Huggy Wuggy (the names probably give that away). It's in 1985 that she first hits the market, just one year after Huggy Wuggy. Besides being a Playtime Co mascot, we don't know too much about her.
Huggy Wuggy is a character from the October 2021 video game "Poppy Playtime," described as a "horror/puzzle adventure" in which the player attempts to "survive the vengeful toys waiting for you in the abandoned toy factory," notes the Steam page for "Poppy Playtime."

The truth is, Huggy Wuggy is a real character — but not one that stems from the twisted mind of trolls trying to traumatize young children.
In a warning, Chief Inspector Gibson said Huggy Wuggy is not appropriate for a young audience. If children access this online, it's advised that they are spoken to about who to talk to if they become upset. SAMHI, Suicide Awareness and Mental Health Initiative also shared a warning on their Facebook page.
