The baby didn't survive. After that, Emily got pregnant again. This time, she suffered a miscarriage. Young Ian didn't want to leave his wife, but the Mohawk had a lot of beliefs about the spirits of men and women.
Sadly, Emily loses the baby and the experience guts Ian. But that doesn't stop him from showering Emily with even more devotion. When Emily loses a second child, things change. Since he isn't full-blood Mohawk, Ian is told that his spirit is "doing battle" with Emily's spirit.
The baby didn't survive, and Young Ian is grieving that loss as well as the wife he has had to leave behind. In A Breath of Snow and Ashes, we get a flashback of Young Ian with his wife. She went into labor early and it was clear right away that the baby wouldn't end up surviving.
He was clearly depressed. And while out surveying the Ridge's land with Roger, Ian came close to attempting suicide with Claire's Water Hemlock. Roger stopped him before he could ingest it in a tea. Ian eventually reveals he got married while living with the Mohawk.
She is married to Ian Murray and together they have seven children.
Jenny meets Brianna Randall Fraser for the first time at Lallybroch, when the girl travels into the 18th century to search for her parents. Jenny is delighted at seeing that Jamie fathered a daughter as they had never expected him to have children, and marvels at Brianna likeness to him.
Since there is a price on Jamie's head, he, his sister Jenny, and his brother-in-law Ian concoct a scheme wherein she "turns him in" to the British, as he is wanted for the crime of treason for the part he had played in Bonnie Prince Charlie's attempted Scottish uprising.
However, Young Ian turned to Claire with a confession. The baby could be his. It turns out Ian and Malva did sleep together.
Janet "Jenny" Fraser Murray: Jamie's older sister, and only living sibling. She is married to Ian Murray and has seven children.
Ian provides few details after his mysterious reappearance in episode 8, aside from disclosing that he had a wife. Now, in Outlander season 6, episode 4, “Hour of the Wolf,” Ian's story finally unfolds. Joining their tribe, Ian found love with a Mohawk woman, Emily, and the pair were married.
Like Tony's son Oliver, she to went "missing" but it has been heavily hinted that Ian raped and murdered his daughter. Another character and suspect, Vincent Bourg, is associated with Ian, and knows about what he has done.

In “A Breath and Snow and Ashes,” Young Ian eventually tells Marsali and Brianna the story of what happened. He and his wife, Emily, tried to start a family. However, the two couldn't have children together. Every child they had was either stillborn or Emily miscarried.
Rollo dies in the night on September 15, 1778. He doesn't wake up the next morning, and Ian and his wife Rachel go to bury him.
In addition to having Claire, Jamie, and Bree, he cultivates a friendship with “mountain man” John Quincy Myers, who is friendly with the local indigenous population. At the end of Season 4, Ian agrees to stay with the Mohawk Tribe in exchange for Roger's freedom, a decision he sees as a new adventure.
When Ian returned to Fraser's Ridge in Outlander season 5, it was as a changed man. The once loquacious adolescent (played by John Bell) had transformed into a fierce Mohawk warrior, with demons clearing haunting him and a refusal to speak about what had sent him back to his Fraser family.
The killer is in fact Malva's brother, Allan Christie (Alexander Vlahos). He is also the father of her baby, having raped and abused Malva since she was a child. Malva had decided to tell the truth, which is why Allan killed her.
Later, Tom discovers that Malva is pregnant, and in a dramatic revelation, Malva names Jamie as the father.
The simple answer is no. Claire and Jamie don't have any more children after Brianna. Claire heads through the stones while pregnant with Brianna at the end of the second season/book. She spends 20 years in the 20th century, and she and Frank don't have any children together.

In November 1776, Allan comes to Malva's grave and confesses to Claire about raping his sister, that he was the father of Malva's child, and that he killed her because she was going to tell the truth.

Claire and Jamie care for her and give her goat's milk, keeping her warm as they bring her into Brownsville. Once in Brownsville, they find a nursing mother to feed the child, and Richard Brown makes the executive decision to take her in and raise her as his.
Many fans have been wondering why Jamie would even consider marrying Laoghaire in the first place. Part of the reason Jenny urged Jamie to re-marry was to try and give him some happiness after Claire left a gaping hole in his heart.

Henri-Christian is born as the fourth child of Fergus and Marsali. He is a dwarf and some of the residents of Fraser's Ridge believe he is a punishment for his parents' sins. Henri-Christian is placed in a basket and put into a stream by some boys.
