Call customer service and make them aware of the mistake. The center will attempt to contact anyone at the mis-delivered address and / or go there to recover and deliver it to you. If they could not, the next day the driver will be made aware and is their responsibility to recover said pkg and deliver it correctly.

Obtaining compensation for an item purchased online that has been lost in the post can be difficult. If you have purchased an item from an online seller, it is usually the seller (or sender) who will be required to file a lost item report with Australia Post.
Whilst SHEIN doesn't have an official policy on stolen packages, plenty of customers have reported receiving full refund when their delivery hasn't shown up.
Ethically, contact the shipper/seller and tell them it was finally received. Most, after refunding the money, don't want to go to the expense of charging you again. Those refunds are expensive to the sellers normally. Legally, you probably don't have to do anything, but don't take anyone's word for it here.
Is this legal? Under state and federal law, recipients of unordered merchandise may keep the goods and are under no obligation to pay for or return them.
You have the legal right to keep it as a free gift, according to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Sellers aren't permitted to ask for payment for unordered items, either, and the FTC says consumers are under no obligation to even tell the seller about the wrongly delivered merchandise.
