Emma will flee from the hunters but the monster will catch her. If Emma has the firework, she escapes its grasp and runs away. If Emma doesn't have the firework, she'll get bitten by the monster. If we don't run, the hunters will approach Emma, asking whether she's been bit.
If she does not have fireworks when she runs from the hunters, she will be attacked by a werewolf and bitten on the leg. So be sure to take fireworks in Chapter Two and grab them when Emma next sees them. She will use the fireworks and scare the werewolf away in Chapter Six.
Emma has a couple of chances to be infected during her werewolf encounter in Chapter Four. If she fails to push the cabinet while getting to the trapdoor, the werewolf can infect her by biting her arm. If she fails the quick time event while climbing the ladder, the werewolf can bite her leg.
While she explores the island, you get a choice. Either take the stairs up to the treehouse or take the low road. You are better off taking the low road as you can pick up some clues along the way.

If Abigail is alive and Emma gets infected in Chapter 4, Kaitlyn will shoot her in chapter 8. Kaitlyn will have the choice to either shoot her with a silver shot or regular. If it's a regular shot, it will cause Emma to escape still infected but alive.
Jacob. Jacob is the popular kind of character. He's arrogant but also charming and wants everyone to have a good time. He's in love with Emma, and he'll try to keep the relationship going.
Emma Mountebank
Emma can be infected either in Chapter 4 while escaping from werewolf Max or Chapter 6 while running from werewolf Caleb. If Emma was infected in Chapter 4, she will turn into a werewolf in the minivan by Chapter 8 and attack Kaitlyn, Dylan and Abigail when they return to the lodge.
Abigail, Ryan, and Kaitlyn are the only protagonists who can get infected, but never turn into werewolves. The former is because she is always cured, and the latter two is because they get infected too late to transform.
In short, there is no one true ending in The Quarry, as the game encourages you to test different choices and decisions throughout alternate playthroughs as you attempt to seek out as many of the 186 ending variations as possible.
This includes Hackett's Quarry summer camp counselor Emma Mountebank (Halston Sage), who can potentially die in 11 different ways depending on a player's deliberate in-game decision-making.
Laura is then given the decision to either Help Max or Leave Max. The end of the prologue has Max getting dragged back into the bunker (whether Laura tried to save him or not), and Laura getting sedated by Hackett. Ironically, whatever players choose here will not affect the outcome of the story.
When can Dylan get infected? The first chance for Dylan to get infected is during Chapter Five. If the door to Cabin 10 was broken into in Chapter One by Abigail and Emma, then Dylan will get bitten by a werewolf on his hand while reaching for a wire. Do not cut off his hand, and he will stay infected.
You will be given the choice of whether you want to cut off his hand to stop the infection. Make sure you choose the “Desperate” option when you are prompted after Dylan is bitten to cut off his hand to save his life. You will also get the Just a Flesh Wound Achievement.
Nick. Nick and Abigail both have crushes each other at the beginning of the game, but are too shy to make any move.
How to Get Abigail Infected in The Quarry. To infect Abigail, select the Try To Save Nick, Run, and Don't Climb the Tree options. After not climbing the tree, fail the next QTE after Abi hides in the small crevice to see a werewolf bite her.
Silas' human form can only be glimpsed very briefly at the end of the game if Laura chooses to kill him. He is a boy with albinism, and short white hair. His albinism carries over in his werewolf form, causing his appearance as a werewolf to be much paler, earning him the nickname "The White Wolf".
Sadly, while Dylan is reaching for the cable, the werewolf bites his hand, thus infecting him. In a desperate state, Dylan tells Ryan to cut his hand as the infection is spreading too fast. Pick the DESPERATE dialogue option then choose the CHAINSAW to cut the hand.
Later, during a scene of playing truth or dare around a campfire, you can choose to kiss Dylan while playing as Ryan. Ryan and Dylan are the only notably queer characters in The Quarry. There are no women identified counselors who are portrayed as queer in the game.
He is responsible and the owner of the Hackett's Quarry, Chris Hackett, fully trusts him. He is also charming despite his loner vibe and was voted the most attractive counselor by Bunk 7, and both Dylan and Kaitlyn have a crush on him.
Both Kaitlyn and Dylan have a crush on Ryan, made evident by Dylan's furtive flirting alongside Kaitlyn outwardly stating it to Jacob in Chapter 1. Ryan himself mentions later on that he doesn't mind the attention he receives from either of them, hinting that he isn't attracted to just a single gender.
Saving Abigail In Chapter Eight
Her life will depend on a choice Kaitlyn makes. The characters will approach the minivan and a werewolf Emma will jump out. Kaitlyn will need to shoot Emma, or else the werewolf will chase down and rip out Abigail's throat, and she will die.
Undoing Nick's Curse (Chapter 10)
There are a number of ways this can be achieved during Chapter 10, but the most reliable method requires Kaitlyn and Dylan locking the creature in a freezer. If this specific werewolf is not dispatched in some way, then the curse will not be lifted, leaving Nick permanently infected.
It is still possible to save Dylan if the monster bites his hand by using Ryan to amputate it before the infection spreads. This is best done by choosing the CONFIDENT dialogue option and then the CHAINSAW to successfully cut Dylan's arm off.
