Drinking a vial of Muzan Blood as a hybrid will cause many problems to arise; you lose your Breathing Style, and will become incapable of learning new (or old) styles. If you have a unique Nichirin Sword, you would still be able to retain ownership of it.
Only breathing style you cannot have as a Hybrid.
Once you give the five Blue Spider Lilly flowers and Doctor Higoshima to Muzan, he will give his blood. Select Muzan Blood from your inventory and drink it. Once you drink it, you will become a demon.
You can't get this after you become hybrid.
Those Who Survived. The two known demons who broke free of Muzan's curse are Tamayo and Nezuko. Tamayo was able to break free of the condemnation when Yoriichi fought Muzan, nearly killing him in the process. During this weakened state, Yoriichi let Tamayo go, free her from Muzan, and free her from the curse.
2 Biokinesis – Muzan
The main feature of his Blood Demon Art is cell and body manipulation, allowing him to shapeshift and alter his body in various ways. He can extend bone-like whips from his back which he uses to perform deadly attacks.
7 Seventh Form: Gale, Sudden Gusts
It's clear that the forms of Wind Breathing require a lot of swift and fluid movement to be effective in combat. This is clearly seen in the seventh form of this style, where users leap into the air with their sword held high.
Genya Safin is a Tailor, a hybrid Grisha who has the power to alter people's appearances.
In a nutshell, Marechi blood is like a dessert to demons as it holds all the properties that make it a super rare delicacy for these vicious creatures. This blood has that intoxicating element to it which makes the demons go crazy over it.
Muzan refused to die and when he was finally about to breathe his last, he transferred all the blood to Tanjiro in the hope that he would become the successor and carry out his will.
Be Level +50. Have 5 Muzan Bloods.
Twelfth Form: Flame Dance Form of Sun Breathing
While its name is majestic, the Flame Dance form of Sun Breathing is simple. It involves launching a strong vertical attack followed by a quick horizontal slash.
As hybrids retain the powers of their former selves, whether be it werewolves, siphoners, or the unique case of Hope Mikaelson, upon gaining their vampire powers, they retain the ability to walk in the sunlight without the need of a daylight amulet, unlike their vampire counterparts.
Yoriichi Tsugikuni is the creator of the Sun Breathing style and is also the strongest demon slayer that has ever lived. He existed nearly 500 years prior to the events of Demon Slayer and struck fear into the hearts of every demon he came across.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba, Volume 20 continues as the Demon Slayer Corps' initial confrontation with the most powerful of Muzan's demons, Kokushibo, has left Tokito severely wounded and Genya cut in half. The most accurate assumption to make here would be that he cannot perform concentration breathing and improve his breath. This is something that is quite intuitive and the main reason for his inability to perform said techniques is probably because he lacks the natural talent to do so.
1 Seventh Form: Honoikazuchi No Kami
This mastery allowed Zenitsu to form a Seventh Form of Thunder Breathing that is unique only to him: Honoikazuchi no Kami. While this move might seem similar to Thunder Breathing's First Form, the speed and power of this technique are on a whole new level.

For those who have watched only the first season of the anime, they will be surprised to know that Muzan turns into a woman in the second season. He keeps transforming in order to hide his true identity, and he's even known to change into an 11-year-old child to hide from Demon slayers.
It's true that in later episodes, Muzan also appears as a woman wearing a kimono when he's holding court over other Demons, most of whom are also wearing traditional Japanese clothing. This might have something to do with Demons (or “Oni”) themselves being part of traditional Japanese culture.
