In the game, there are choices that can be pro-Chloe or pro-Warren. I found out that to get the final kiss you either have to have more pro-Chloe than Warren, or the same amount. When I had more pro-Warren choices, I got a hug from Chloe, and when I had the same amount of pro-Warren and Chloe, I got a kiss from her.
