There are some natural remedies and herbs like black cohosh, ginseng, kava, red clover, and evening primrose oil that may help with menopausal sweating (and thus with body odor), although there's not a ton of research proving how well they work.
There are plenty of treatment options for an increased body odor during menopause. Remember to keep your body clean. Bathing frequently and gently scrubbing all the places where sweat and bacteria collect will reduce odor. For underarms, consider using an antiperspirant to help manage the sweat.
A drop in oestrogen levels in the menopause can leave some women with relatively more male hormone (testosterone). This can cause them to have more bacteria in their sweat, and that sweat may smell more. It's also why acne and skin changes can become an issue in the menopause.
Apply some apple cider vinegar

The menopausal drop in estrogen also leaves our bodies with relatively higher levels of testosterone — produced by our ovaries in small amounts — than before. This can attract more bacteria to sweat, making it smell funkier.
Try fennel, dill, caraway, cardamom, anise, clove, or a mixture. Or try chewing a sprig of parsley or a couple of fresh mint leaves. Sweating is natural and healthy. It only smells when it comes into contact with bacteria on the skin.
Many of your perimenopausal symptoms will begin to fade in the months following your last period, but some symptoms will continue into menopause (and even post-menopause). Unfortunately, hot flashes (and potentially the body odor that accompany them) typically last for several years after your last period.

After a thorough wash, you can mix one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with a cup of water and apply it to areas where body odor is a problem. Then, follow up the treatment with a natural deodorant.

Other sulfur-containing foods that might add to that stinky smell include broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage and kale.
The easiest way to eliminate body odor is by taking a bath or shower, which will remove bacteria from your skin. However, for many people a daily shower or bath may not be necessary.

Lemon juice has citric acid, which kills the bacteria. As a remedy for smelly underarms, you can take a lemon and juice it, then mix this juice in water. You can put this lemon juice in a spray bottle and spray it on your underarms.
