Fleur Delacour is the daughter of Monsieur and Apolline Delacour making her a member of House Delacour a wealthy and powerful House of the Kingdom of Alcase.
Fleur Delacour = Slytherin.
Fleur Isabelle Delacour was once a student at the French magical school, Beauxbatons Academy. She was chosen to be her school's Champion in the Triwizard Tournament that was held at Hogwarts in book 4.
So in The Goblet of Fire (Movie) The four contestants are in the maze. Fleur Delacour is stunned by Viktor Krum. Before Viktor goes for Harry we see Fleur being covered in branches and vines. The next time we see her she is being pulled under the hedge.
Molly and Ginny Weasley in particular did not like Fleur, considering her snooty. Molly was irked by Fleur's criticism of her household and her favourite singer, Celestina Warbeck, and Ginny called her "Phlegm", due to her throaty, French accent, and made fun of her behind her back.
Ginny is a pureblood witch born 11 August 1981, the seventh child and only daughter of Arthur and Molly Weasley. She attends Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and is sorted into Gryffindor house, along with the rest of her family.
The first time we see her burn herself is in season 1, episode 2, when, after a particularly overwhelming day, Ginny turns off the light, closes her bedroom door, and takes a lighter to her inner thigh. Scars from past burns are clearly visible, as are angry welts from recent ones.
For example: if Viktor Krum can transfigure his head into a shark's, like he does in Goblet of Fire, that doesn't mean he is an Animagus. Transfiguration is a form of spell-casting, whereas becoming an Animagus is forever. And yes, he could turn into a falcon.
Weasley hates Fleur because she's "too pretty, too flighty, not as smart as Tonks". Fleur's arc is proving that she is as smart and strong as any other female character. It's not her fault she's so pretty when she couldn't control how she looked. She's not flighty or as rude as Hermione, Ginny and Molly think she is.
During his pursuit of the Snitch, he was hit in the face by a Bludger which broke his nose and gave him two black eyes.
Clémence fell off of a horse at age seven, and did not ride one again until she was 20. She is fluent in English, naturally speaking it with almost no French accent. As such, Fleur appears to lose her thick accent after her first appearance.
During the Triwizard Tournament, Fleur took on a Welsh Green dragon with panache. She charmed the beast into a sleeping trance – skilfully dodging the jet of flame that shot from its nostrils – and went on to claim her golden egg.
In the films, Beauxbatons is portrayed as an all girls' school, but the books clearly indicate that boys attend the school as well – it is a boy who gets out of the carriage to lower the steps, for instance, and at the Yule Ball, Parvati Patil and her sister Padma end up dancing with Beauxbatons boys when Ron and Harry ...
Cho Chang famously gave Harry Potter his first-ever kiss – but the actress who played her has one major regret about the momentous scene.
Avada Kedavra has only one purpose: to kill. However, it's not the only curse that can be lethal. Stunners can be lethal, for instance — particularly if someone takes multiple stunners or one is a direct hit over the heart.
Rose Granger-Weasley
Sorted into Gryffindor, Rose seems to excel in everything, and unlike Hermione, even has a knack for Quidditch, being chosen for her house team as a Chaser.
Feisty Quidditch star Ginny has nicknamed high maintenance Fleur, 'Phlegm', and it's caught on with the Weasley siblings.
Fleur Delacour is at most 21 when she marries Bill Weasley, who is a bit older, at 26.
Draco Malfoy
“Technically, it's a ferret.” Barty Crouch Jr. may have been completely wrong to transfigure Draco as a punishment, but he was within the same family of what I believe Draco's Animagus form would take, which is the stoat, or ermine.
So for any character that does not have a known animagus form in the Harry Potter. Hermione (Raccoon) - very curious, and enjoy inspecting and examining everything. They are also known for high intelligence.
They are James Potter, Sirius, Wormtail, Skeeter, McGonagall, Talbott Winger, and an unnamed witch who can turn into a cat. The fact that there are so few Animagi just causes us fans to want to know more about them. After all, they are some of the most unique characters in all of Harry Potter.
At the end of the series' seventh episode, “Happy Sweet Sixteen, Jerk,” Ginny announces to her mom, “Hunter went down on me.” Hunter, played by Mason Temple, is Ginny's first boyfriend.
