Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of all ages can get their free 715 health check at Aboriginal Medical Services and bulk-billing clinics. This health check helps identify whether someone is at risk of illnesses or chronic conditions.
The patient will receive an assessment of their health, including their physical, psychological and social wellbeing as well as assessing what preventative health care, education and other assistance should be offered to the patient to improve their health and wellbeing.

A 715 Health Check is an overall check of your health completed with you by a nurse or Aboriginal Health Worker and then reviewed by your GP.
