Greek yogurt (or, any yogurt, really) makes a great milk substitute for cereal. Its creamy texture is delightful to eat, and, often, added sugar provides a fruity, delicious flavor. Instead of pouring the yogurt over the cereal as you'd do with milk, think of your breakfast as a granola bowl, instead.
Eating Cereal With Water
You may have to add a bit of glamor by topping it with honey, berries, chocolate chips, a banana or anything to contribute taste to the cereal bowl, but they are great alternatives to just oatmeal and water.

Mixing Weetabix with water for your baby might be tempting if you're weaning your baby milk-free either because of milk allergy or by choice. However, making solids up with water isn't good. Weetabix is fortified with certain vitamins and minerals and if eaten to excess, then you could be taking in too much of these nutrients. We would recommend that an adult eats no more than four (4) Weetabix biscuits per day.

You can use water in most baking recipes that call for milk. Use 1 cup of water and 1-1/2 teaspoons of butter for every 1 cup of milk called for in the recipe.
