Defined, Strong Arms In a HerCampus.com survey of over 100 college women across the country, a majority ranked arms as the biggest turn on. Women feel it's a sign that you take good care of your body and admitted they love to see a hint of a man's biceps through his t-shirt or sweater.
Felix, 24 percent of women said that chests were the most attractive part of mens' bodies. Another 13 percent of women stated that the stomach area was the sexiest part of a man's body. That's a whopping 37 percent of women who consider the torso the sexiest part of a man's body.

Studies have also found an optimal body fat percentage. According to this article from Business Insider, 12% is the most attractive body fat percentage a man can have. Many bodybuilders have 8% or even less body fat. Neither extreme muscle mass nor extremely low body fat is preferred by women.
Abs were rated the sexiest male body part by women. Having a shredded midsection certainly adds to the overall aesthetics of your physique. They are so much more important if you're planning to hit the beach with your lady love. While abs are the sexiest muscle on a man, they aren't easy to obtain.
Muscular forearms are also among the most important muscles women like the most in men. Strong arms come with an all-around package of good back and shoulder muscles that women love. In fact, many females like men flaunt their forearm veins and stuff.

In a separate study, women reported that their short-term sexual partners were more muscular than their other partners. The researchers suggest women have fewer requirements for muscular men.
Approachability is attractive
Of course, men blessed with symmetrical features, chiseled jaws and great hair will always score higher in the attractiveness stakes, but several studies have shown that women tend to be more attracted to approachable, average looks when looking for a long-term partner.

A wide back is essential for a V-shaped torso, and women's attraction to it is ancestral.
Not every girl is attracted towards " six packs " in a man !! We do appreciate if a guy puts in effort towards physical fitness and it's vice versa with guys too . There are other qualities which contributes to attraction . For instance a guy may have six packs but lack of intelligence / humour is a definite turn off !
