Draco Malfoy (born Draco Lucius Malfoy) is a Pure-Blood, French-born English wizard and the only child of Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy (née Black). As the son of a Death Eater, Draco was raised to believe strongly in the importance of blood purity.

And yet that's a fact that we all often seem to overlook. Draco's mother is Narcissa Black, which makes Draco Sirius' second cousin.
Actor Tom Felton had his naturally brown hair dyed on a weekly basis to maintain Draco's white-silver locks while shooting.
Lucius Abraxas Malfoy was born in late 1953 or 1954 in Wiltshire County, England, to a family of Wizards with substantial wealth that lived in luxury within a magnificent mansion for many generations.
Draco Lucius Malfoy (b. 5 June 1980) was a British pure-blood wizard and the only son of Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy (née Black). The son of a Death Eater, Draco was raised to strongly believe in the importance of blood purity.
Draco Malfoy (born Draco Lucius Malfoy) is a Pure-Blood, French-born English wizard and the only child of Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy (née Black).
The Malfoy name comes from old French and translates as 'bad faith'. Like many other progenitors of noble English families, the wizard Armand Malfoy arrived in Britain with William the Conqueror as part of the invading Norman army.
Isaacs brings up Lucius' disheveled appearance in Deathly Hallows, raising the possibility that the Malfoy patriarch had begun drinking too much. The way Isaacs saw it, Lucius was in a no-win situation. Given everything he'd done, the man no longer had a place on either side of the war.
When Lucius turns on Voldemort due to the reveal of his Horcruxes, Narcissa divorces him, taking 75% of Malfoy's wealth with her. Even her relationship with Draco is different, with POS-Narcissa only viewing Draco as a tool to further her own agenda.
Despite being a valued Death Eater in the days before Voldemort fell following his attack on baby Harry, Lucius stumbled out of favor with the Dark Lord when he squandered Riddle's diary (secretly a horcrux) in Chamber of Secrets and failed to obtain the prophecy in Order of the Phoenix.
Pansy Parkinson
Draco lost his virginity to her on the Yule Ball night in fourth year and since then Draco and Pansy had been sexual partners.
Malfoy spots Harry and casts a Cruciatus curse; Harry, defending himself, using the Half-Blood Prince's Sectumsempra spell without knowing its effects. To his horror, it gashes Draco's face and chest, spilling his blood everywhere. Moaning Myrtle flies off, screaming.
Lucius Malfoy may be one of the Dark Lord Voldemort's Death Eaters, but that doesn't have to mean he's a bad father or that he was cruel and had hurt/abused his wife, Narcissa Black Malfoy, and son, Draco Malfoy. He's definitely an awesome and loving father.
Not knowing whether Draco was alive or dead, Narcissa chose to lie to the Dark Lord rather than risk losing her son. When Voldemort asked her to check if Harry was dead and she realised he was, in fact, still breathing, Narcissa seized her opportunity.
Draco had several reasons for lying to Bellatrix, including the fact that he was never a bad person. Moreover, he no longer found working for the Dark Lord appealing and hated how Voldemort treated his family. He did not intend to harm anyone and believed Harry was the only person capable of defeating Voldemort.
As other people said, it is also due to the Malfoys' arrogance, the feeling of self-importance and wealth. The Weasly family is also very poor, which may also lead to a dislike with the rich, pureblood families.
Narcissa the devoted mother
If Bellatrix managed to muster affection for anyone other than Voldemort, it was her younger sister (even at the height of the Second Wizarding War, Bellatrix and Narcissa called each other Cissy and Bella, no doubt childhood nicknames they'd given each other).
The Malfoys are able to avoid serving time in Azkaban, as they provide evidence that helps the Ministry track down the Death Eaters who had fled after the war.
Born as Bellatrix Black, Bellatrix married into the Lestrange family, meaning she and Leta aren't related by blood. That makes Leta related to Bellatrix's husband, Rodolphus Lestrange, although that connection is no easier to find.
Lucius Malfoy is one of the only Death Eaters to go through an actual character arc in the series. During this arc, we see him fall from Lord Voldemort's favor. This shattered his confidence, and thus impacted his magical abilities.
However, Malfoy still possessed the diary and, in 1992, he planted it on Ginny Weasley, hoping to kill three birds with one stone by sabotaging Ginny's father, purging the school of muggle-borns, and eliminating an incriminating piece of dark artefact.
Sensing he's helpless, Malfoy gives the duo a stare and hurries out of sight. The ending of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is slightly different, thanks to actor Jason Isaacs improvising the Killing Curse - Avada Kedavra. As Lucius attempts to shoot the Unforgivable Curse, Dobby blasts him backward.
Bellatrix Lestrange (née Black) is a fictional character in the Harry Potter book series written by J. K. Rowling. She evolved from an unnamed periphery character in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire into a major antagonist in subsequent novels.
Bellatrix "Bella" Lestrange (née Black) (1951 – 2 May 1998) was a British Pure-blood witch, the eldest daughter of Cygnus and Druella Black, cousin of Regulus and Sirius Black, and the elder sister of Andromeda Tonks and Narcissa Malfoy.
The Weasleys descend from Cedrella Black, a granddaughter of Phineas Nigellus Black. Sirius Black, Bellatrix Lestrange and Narcissa Malfoy all descend from Pollux Black (left). Note: This family tree excerpt (made using Ancestry.com) does not list the Weasley children in the correct age order.
