4 Super Saiyan Gohan, in his Super Saiyan form, isn't too powerful. It is notably one of Gohan's weaker forms, as it showcases the half-Saiyan in his Super Saiyan form when he is incapable of tapping into greater strengths due to his lack of training after the Buu Saga.
Gohan's strongest power transformation is Gohan Beast, an evolved form of Gohan's Potential Unleashed state which originated from the awakenings he has experienced since childhood.
