Goku was born in Age 737, meaning that by GT's finale in Age 889, he'd be just a little over 150 years old. Physically, however, Goku resembled his young adult self from the beginning of Dragon Ball GT, which is fairly notable, as he had last appeared de-aged to childhood.
In the anime-only sequel series Dragon Ball GT, Goku is transformed back into a child by an accidental wish made by his old enemy Pilaf using the Black Star Dragon Balls while Pilaf was about to wish to take over the world.
Immortality: As shown in Dragon Ball GT: Hero's Legacy, Goku cannot age and will presumably live forever. It is unknown if this immortality extends to him never being killed, but he certainly has eternal youth.

Vegeta had grown a mustache (which raises an interesting controversy since Vegeta stated a Saiyan's hair never changes when responding to a question asked by Goku about Vegeta's never-changing hairstyle, since King Vegeta also had facial hair), and he also got rid of his armor and now wears a jacket. He is at age 64.
Another notable change is death. The biggest example is Goku, who was dead for seven years, causing him not to age, thus making him physically the same age he was when he died upon his return to Earth, and this is clearly noted.
The series experiences a 10-year jump which means Goku is (bear with us) 37 but chronologically 44.
Goku sacrificed his life during the Cell Games, but not before he and Chichi could conceive another child. Although Goku would be dead for seven years, he'd leave behind a new son– Son Goten. Son Goten was raised without a father for most of his life, leaving Chichi and Gohan to take care of.

The pair never met as Goku was either suffering from his heart virus or 17 was MIA within Cell. The android was seen shortly in the 'Buu' saga when he leant power to fuel Goku's Spirit Bomb, and it was then that Android 17 got fans all confused. "So that's how it is," 17 said back in Dragon Ball Z.
Piccolo, the demon king as he was known for a while, was, in the factual sense of the word, the first to give Goku his first experience of death.
