Super Full Power (超フルパワー, Chō Furu Pawā) is a powerful state Jiren is capable of taking on after breaking his limits. Rather than being a state beyond it, some media refers to this state as just being Jiren's Full Power.
While Goku and Jiren were relatively evenly matched during the Tournament of Power, and once MUI came into play, Goku will eventually beat Jiren with ease.
Jiren is a tall humanoid with an extremely muscular and well-defined build. He has a large, sleek head similar in shape similar to the folkloric aliens known as the Greys.
His power level is said to have surpassed his universe's God of Destruction, Belmod (ベルモッド) or Vermoud in the English localization of the anime. In the manga, it is claimed that Jiren's strength and growth is immeasurable and that he is able to quickly adapt and become more capable on the battlefield.
3 The Power Impact
Jiren's signature move, known as the Power Impact, doesn't look intimidating at first but goes on to become a gigantic bowl of fire. It is reddish-orange in color, much like the aura of Jiren's energy and it starts out very small when it is approaching the enemy but upon impact, it expands massively.
However, with a lifetime of rigorous training and nigh unflappable combat discipline, Jiren has a definitive edge against the more raw, uncontrollable Broly.
In the end, Jiren technically won as he managed to outlast Goku's newly-acquired Ultra Instinct. He fought on par with it and was overwhelmed by what seemed to be fatigue but still outlasted his opponent.
Super Saiyan 3 Goku at full power has a battle power of 24,000,000,000, 2 billion above Kid Buu's level.
Jiren's wish was to resurrect his fallen mentor!
Unable to receive recognition from Gicchin as his successor before he passed away, Jiren wanted to resurrect him to show him the incredible power he had gained.
Jiren's strength comes from his suffering, something no one in Universe 7, other than Future Trunks, could ever relate to. Jiren, however, took his grieving to the extreme by training relentlessly instead of trying to make peace with his pain.
Gicchin appears to have been a very noble person, as he took an orphaned Jiren in and trained him along with many others so that they could fight for the sake of justice. He even sacrificed himself to save his remaining students from being killed.
Beerus was afraid Beerus would cause Xeno to destroy his universe, not of Jiren himself. He was scared Goku would lose.
Although even Ultra Instinct wasn't enough to fully take down Jiren in the Tournament of Power, the nature of the series essentially guarantees Goku will surpass Jiren in the near future.
Whis is one of the strongest beings in existence, and interestingly enough, only his father and the Omni King are confirmed to be stronger than him.
Then again, Vegeta still can't defeat Jiren in the Tournament of Power. However, Ultra Ego Vegeta represents a powerful evolution that feeds into the Saiyan's aggressive tendencies.
To reach the power he had before, he decided to train with Piccolo. This does allow him more access to his power, but not enough to defeat Jiren. Gohan's ultimate power is barely enough to overcome some of the opponents in the tournament, so it shouldn't be as challenging for Jiren.
But there are chances that both goku and vegeta can defeat jiren. Goku has his focus on defence whereas for vegeta its offence. The new form of both goku and vegeta(ultra instinct and Blue Migatte )is strong enough to throw the jiren off the stage.
Regardless of whether Frieza really is the strongest warrior in Universe 7, the recent turn of events sparks questions about Frieza's strength against warriors from other universe, especially Jiren. So, is Black Frieza stronger than Jiren? The answer is "Yes," and here, we will see take a look at why that is the case.
So, Jiren is stronger than Merged Zamasu. Additionally, Whis stated that Kefla's power rivals the power of the Spirit Bomb that Goku used against Jiren (and remember Supreme Kai stated that Jiren is the strongest enemy they have ever faced).
While he had lost everything, Jiren does not become evil and instead becomes an overall selfless and heroic, but distant and cold. Possessing a powerful sense of justice, Jiren devotes everything in justice and never acts for selfish reasons.
