Restart your phone. If you are only having issues with data, you may need to update your APN settings. If you have brought your phone number to Lucky Mobile from a different provider, it may take some time for your SIM Card to activate. Make sure your device network settings are set to “Automatic”.

Activating your Lucky Mobile SIM card
If you haven't already, you'll need to activate your SIM card. You can do this easily online or by calling 1-833-88-LUCKY (58259). During the initial activation, you'll need to make a payment. You can do this by using a credit card/Visa Debit.
Therefore, if charges apply, they will be charged based on your Lucky Mobile phone number no matter where you are physically located. Collect, person-to-person, third-number billing and Calling Card™ calls are not supported. Calls to 1-900 numbers are not supported. Prepaid cards are supported.
As Lucky Mobile is a prepaid service, you will have the ability to tether until your data packet is fully consumed.
